Beautiful Accommodations

This was a beautiful place. The apartment had a washer and almost a full kitchen (no microwave) but there was a shared kitchen if one needed one so no problem :) bed was comfy and clean. My only complaint would be TVs arent standard in every room tho you could rent one. Great area very safe! Would def stay here again! Oh and the rooftop terrace was too notch!

A used SYRINGE tip was in our room on the floor. Our 20 month old son put it in his mouth. We don’t know if it pierced his skin. We had to take him to emergency for blood testing and will have to have blood tests for 6 months. Absolutely disgusting. Never been more disgusted or ashamed in my life.

Spent 4 nights there as a solo female traveler. The location was perfect but the room was just ok. Curtains didn’t cover the full window so I woke up with the sun each morning. Strange steps leading up to the bed were a little scary if you have to get up in the night. It was great to have a little kitchen though to make dinner every night rather than eating out. Washer in room was super convenient. There’s a great grocery store in the basement of Stockmann which was better than the 2 close by. Amazing coffee shop (Finca Las Ventanas) close by. 4 stars because there’s no real staff there to help with anything. Seems like it’s more of an apartment complex for young adults.

Location is perfect, near Market Hall and Senate Square. For self-check-in, we had great personalized customer service. Our room was a delightful small studio, laundry in room and galley kitchen. We could have stayed happily for months!

Great amenities and common areas

A great gym and common spaces and amenities are a huge plus! Everyone is friendly, space is clean and everywhere I wanted to go was walkable. The design of the room was a bit awkward with the bed two steps up and pushed against the only window which opened inward over the top of the bed. You can’t move it around due to the raised platform.The bed was also too firm for me, but I recognize that is a very personal thing. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great Helsinki Home Base

Self check in is a bit painfully slow. Once you have a key it is wonderful. Very eco friendly. Plenty of room to spend days in Helsinki. Great location. Restaurant onsite is fabulous. Two night stay and eat there both nights! When you get dropped off make certain you are at correct location. Same name hotel across side street.
