Sprawling across two levels, Phoenix caters for up to eight guests across four luxurious bedrooms with king split beds allowing for the flexibility of any group. The property is an entertainers dream with modern comforts to ensure maximum comfort and additional entertainment features such wifi speakers, an eight seater spa, sauna, pool table and an open plan upstairs kitchen/dining/lounge area which opens up to a large covered decking with country and night sky views.



The Space:

Phoenix features four stylish bedrooms, each with premium king split beds, dedicated workspace and wall mounted smart TVs. Three of the bedrooms also have luxurious en-suites. In the main living area upstairs you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dual living zones overlooking secluded native bush and an Olive Orchard often frequented by a local mob of Kangaroos and plentiful bird life. The perfect backdrop for summer dining on the undercover deck or relaxing around the fire pit. Enjoy the sun set through the trees or enjoy some star gazing . Or in the cooler months, enjoy a wine by the cosy indoor wood fire.



On the lower level your ultimate retreat awaits with a pool table and large TV with both free to air and Smart TV. Continue through to your very own Spa Retreat with large built in Finnish sauna and additional bathroom facilities. The ultimate relaxation experience is completed with a large eight seater spa pool. The Spa is undercover and protected from the elements and yet enjoys views to the outside.



A Frees-standing wood heater and split system heating and cooling throughout the entire home allows for year-round comfort.



*It is recommended that guests bring additional towels for the spa and sauna.

Due to the proximity to local bush and ponds, we recommend mosquito repellent in the warmer months . Not suitable for pets due to abundant wildlife.



The Neighborhood:

Daylesford and surrounding region has long been considered a special place of healing, relaxation and indulgence. Getting Around:

There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet.
