Is what it is

Front desk worker was quiet. Checked me in, and gave me the key. Get to my room and the AC control was no where. AC was set at 72 so wasn’t unbearable. No answer at front desk when I called to ask, but it was for work so I just showered and went to bed. Front door lock did not work. Main lights in room did not work, but lamps and restroom lights worked so no fuss needed.

Ac in room had no control it was permanently set at 72 and the pool was not open. A real bummer when your kids are looking forward to it on a hot Texas summer day.
