Clean and comfy room. Walk across the road to a supermarket, shops and plenty of dining options in the Old Market. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Would stay again if visiting Hereford.

Good location in the center of the city, the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Air conditioning during a UK heatwave was just amazing!
