On the mezzanine floor of the Ostseevilla a bright, friendly dream apartment welcomes you. On 66 sqm you expect a spacious living room incl. Kitchenette, a bedroom with a spacious double bed, a guest room with a queen size bed (1.40 mx 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The living room forms the center of the apartment. Here you start the day with a breakfast, plan the trips to the idyllic hinterland, the beach or the sights of the island or meet for a cozy evening on the TV. The electric fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere and creates a pleasant warmth. 

The large windows let in lots of natural light in all rooms. The veranda houses the dining area and also serves as access to the terrace. Our guests can use for a fee the washing machine and the dryer in the neighboring house "Solaris". Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. On the property belongs a parking space to your apartment.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

The listed Baltic villa was extensively renovated in 2004 and houses bright, very attractive apartments. The high-quality, tasteful furnishings as well as the sunny terrace invite you to holiday and well-being. For your vehicle is a free parking space available at the house. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee in the neighboring house "Solaris".
