The "Villa Estrelia" is an eye-catcher with its large glass front. It is also very popular with holiday guests because of the short distance to the promenade, the beach and the historic pier. Our bright 2-room apartment (underfloor heating) on the 1st floor with corner balcony and modern furnishings offers two people ideal conditions for a feel-good stay. The open fitted kitchen is adjacent to the living area. If it has become too cold for a glass of wine on the balcony, the Smart TV in the living area ensures a pleasant end to the day. The bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, a double bed and a TV. Electric aluminum external blinds protect privacy here - as in the living area. The spacious shower room with a walk-in rain shower including hand shower and washbasin has underfloor heating and a towel dryer. WiFi and underground parking space no. 4 are part of the apartment and are included in the rental price. The underground car park offers storage space for your bike. Washing machine and dryer (in the basement area) can be used for a fee.
