Our apartment house in the Waldstraße 32 offers you comfortable and individual apartments with very nice amenities. The house is completely renovated and has its own parking spaces directly on the property.

VMa 11:
The spacious, lovingly furnished 3-room apartment is located in the attic of Villa Malve. From there you have a magnificent view of the Schloonsee or between the roofs to the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a generous floor space due to the use of the roof space. The open plan living area is divided into a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a living room. The tastefully furnished living room is separate, despite the open interior design. Following the dining area is a cozy children's corner, which can also be used as a quiet reading area. Books and games for young and old are available to pass the time. You will find restful sleep in a comfortable double bedroom and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. In the master bedroom there is a travel cot. In all bedrooms, blackout blinds with additional sun protection function ensure a pleasant sleep. New: From the spring of 2019 you will also have a balcony available. The apartment also has a spacious, bright bathroom with bath and large roof window. The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 6 persons with extra bed of person 5 and 6 on the comfortable sofa bed (1.80 x 2.0 m) in the living room. Cot and high chair are available for our guests. In the months of October to May, the use of the sauna and bathing area in the Kaiser Spa Hotel Zur Post is already included in the price for two persons. If the bathroom is closed, there is no right to replacement. For each additional person you pay the reduced entrance fee of 12,00 Euro / day. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Baltic Sea spa with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard). During your stay, you will have free Wi-Fi. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. A parking space on the property is also available.   We give you days! Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
