Superb and very sweet staff, answered all questions politely, rooms very clean and welcoming without the strong scent from harsh chemicals, a welcomed reprieve. Shuttle service went smoothly too.

We found the room sufficient for our stay. It was nice having an area with a couch where we were able to have our friends come to our room and talk. The only problem we stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned for the first night. Therefore we did not have fresh towels for our showers the second morning.

The hotel itself is fairly average clean and acceptable for a short stay but the airport shuttle service was a major disappointment. The shuttle is advertised as an amenity, yet we waited over an hour, making it completely unreliable. In the morning, the shuttle didn’t start until 5:00 AM, while breakfast only began at 6:00 AM, which isn’t convenient for early travelers. Overall, this is an average place to stay. If you have transportation needs, make sure to use ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft instead of relying on the hotel shuttle.

The first young lady who was assisting us with check in was very nice and helpful. There was another young lady who decided she needed help, she did not. This person proceeded to over explain things to me, after I told her this was not my first time staying here. Then just made things take forever to check in. She just got in the way!!!
