We are regular Hyatt customers. This Hyatt brand was not upto Hyatt standards. We paid $250 for a night expecting Hyatt standards. Rooms are outdated and definitely need renovation, breakfast was definitely NOT Hyatt standard. The receptionist when we checked in was great but the lady at checkout lacked proper etiquette.
