A welcoming house with garden and beautiful views in a quiet town of La Rioja. The house has 4 floors, including a wine cellar and a beautiful garden and "txoko" (extra cooking and dining area with a fireplace for grilling) on the ground floor. The two apartments are on the first and second floors, each with three double rooms, two bathrooms with showers, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a large terrace. The house uses sustainable energy sources for heating and hot water (pellet and aerothermal systems).

In the surroundings there is a swimming pool, river, hiking and biking trails, as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine and wines. Wineries, a golf course (20 km), ski slopes (40 km), and kayaking opportunities are also within easy reach.

Ideal para visitar La Rioja
Casa muy acogedora con Txoko ideal para tres matrimonios con hijos puesto que los matrimonios pueden alojarse en el primer piso y los niños (si no son muy pequeños) se pueden alojar en el segundo. La casa en vivo está mejor que en las fotos. Los dos pisos de arriba recien reformados. Muy confortable con la calefacción de pellets y termostatos independientes en cada piso. El Txoko ideal para reunirse todos y hacer brasas con sarmientos. Se hace una parrilla ideal!!! Lástima que la chimenea no tire muy bien y haya que tener la puerta y/o la ventana abierta para que no entre humo. La leña hay que comprarla aparte. El contacto tanto con Fito como con Carmen muy fluido e inmediato. Hicimos excursiones a Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Haro, Ezcaray, Logroño, Laguardia y Sajazarra. Muy cerca de todos, prácticamente a 30 - 45 minutos de la casa. Muy recomendable.
