I thought this place was great there were places to eat walkable wise. The only thing that I didn’t like was the Jacuzzi was murky that kind of made me mad but other than that overall it was great. I just can’t get past Jacuzzi. Would love to stay there again, but I can’t get past the Jacuzzi.

We stayed for one night. The room had an unswept floor (visible dirt and crumbs). The beds seemed ok. The elevator was also dirty. They advertised washers and dryers, but only one was working. The desk staff doesn’t know how to fix the dryer (she said it was contracted out) and after we got soaked at Hershey Park in a passing storm, we ended up having to use the laundromat down the street. The breakfast was fine, but steer clear of the hard boiled eggs. Terrible taste and seemed off. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

The bathtub had a quarter sized dark stain in the tub and what looked like dirt in the crevices around the tub base. Children were running around slamming doors into the wee hours and doors were slammed again by 6 in the morning. Seems like the room had no soundproofing.

Hotel is updated. Nothing Fancy. They offer breakfast which was decent selection. The pool is open till 11pm but was always crowded. The area is great though. Awesome walkable street with shops. Close to Hersey and outlets about 8 minutes.

Stayed 2 nights , room was not cleaned after first night, trash was not taken out , bathroom door did not have lock, used towels were not replaced. Won’t be staying again at this property, location is the positive. Checking in and Morning staff was great both days. Evening staff no so friendly.
