Overall average experience. The floor in the room definitely needed cleaning. My brand new socks were black after walking around for an hour or two before bed. The bathroom needed more attention as well. The woman keeping the breakfast area was the best!!! Such a hard worker and so so friendly. All other staff were just ok. Not very friendly but helpful enough if asked for assistance. Check out is supposed to be by 11 am but by 10:20 am my husband couldn’t get back in our room because the key was deactivated. Hotel is close to the park so we will likely return if the rates remain reasonable.

My stay was exceptional. I was concerned with the back door not requiring the scan of your room key card to get in, which creates easy access but overall a well maintained property. No complaints outside of the guest next door that tried to steal my door dash order!

An ok stay

An ok stay. The pros were the pool /hot tub and location. The cons were the building was in extreme need of repair and updates. There were minimal options for breakfast. The heater in the room sounded like a freight train. The tub didn't drain properly. Most of the room seemed like it hasn't changed since they opened the building. Overall it was ok. I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again unless I wanted the location.

Room was a little dirty and outdated. Being a little older would have been perfectly fine if our room was a bit cleaner. There was hair everywhere and dirt in every corner. Alao, not very safe at all. You do not need a key card to walk into anything and the room door had to be slammed shut or else it wouldnt close at all.
