The house is ideally placed to enjoy beautiful beaches and for easy travel across the whole island, either by rented car or by bus (from Gournes). There is easy access to the national road which makes the location an excellent starting point for further exploration of Eastern Crete as you drive through stunning scenery and towards the Lassithi Plateau, or perhaps drive towards Aghios Nikolaos, enjoy the breathtaking views over Mirabello Bay and the famous leper island of Spinalonga.
