We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. We will not be present at the property during your stay. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform or phone.

Please review these important details before your stay:

Online Check-In: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms, and provide a valid photo ID (UK license or passport).

Security Deposit: We require either a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00. This will be handled after your booking is confirmed.

Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee of £20 per hour. Please inquire about availability.

Extended Stays: For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional housekeeping service is required for an extra fee to ensure the cottage remains in pristine condition.
