The room smells too much of a cigarette when it’s supposed to be non smoking room. The hallway smells too and breakfast was okay but could have been better of more selection to eat.

I got there and the room they gave me was dirty. Then once I got to the new room, the remote for the tv had dead batteries in it. The tv channels were all screwed up too so the channel numbers weren’t accurate to the guide. The ac unit barely cooled the room. And one of the keys stopped working and I couldn’t get into my room at one point. Just an overall horrible experience.

We had a good stay the suite was nice, however this particular room needs some minor updates. The location was excellent, the staff were very nice.

People above my room was up all night walking the floors. My husband kept hearing someone outside our room talk about doors needing to be locked. Will try booking an interior room next time. Also there was no cable channels or none that worked.
