Behind the gates of Lake Osseroga you will find High Pond Cottage. The living room greets you with soaring vaulted ceilings, stone woodburning fireplace, and an abundance of light.  The kitchen is well equipped with any utensil one could need.  Step out on the back screen porch to enjoy the Highlands outdoors and look out over Lake Osseroga.  

The large main level master suite also has a King bed with vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, and a large en suite bathroom with double vanities, tub, and walk in shower.  Downstairs you will find the media and game room, as well as two other guest bedrooms each with their own bath.
The media/game room has a large screen tv, complete with Blu-Ray, Netflix, and Xbox 360.  A game table is available for cards, board games, and puzzles.  Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen bed.  Guest bedroom 2 has two Twins.  
Just outside of the lower level media room is the grilling area and an outdoor stone patio with fireplace overlooking the pond.

There's also access to Lake Osseroga and 4 canoes that the association provides.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
