This property definitely needs an upgrade. The rooms and facility were dated and worn and definitely needs an modernization. The staff was ok - not 100% attentive of your needs or requests - the front desk ignored me when standing there to ask a question. The lighting in the room was poor quality - and there were no places to put items - 3 people in the room and there was not enough sitting and storage for the stay or to hang towels.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head was phenomenal! My wife, our 3-month-old, and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, which made traveling with a baby so much easier and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for us to settle in and relax. The property itself was beautifully maintained, quiet, and welcoming. About 8 years ago I stayed here on a business trip, and I couldn’t wait to come back to experience their hospitality again. I’m so glad I did—this visit exceeded my already high expectations. We left with such a positive impression and will absolutely be returning on our next trip to Hilton Head. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service.
