The hotel was very comfortable for an older hotel, and the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms updated nicely. The overall value for a beach front hotel was excellent. My family had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the convenience of being right on the beach and having the pool. We could bounce around the island for restaurants and activities with only a short drive.

Treat yourself and come here for a vacation!

This resort was clean, had lots of amenities, friendly service and great location. We had the premium oceanfront with balcony and it was a fantastic view.

The best part about our stay was our waitress Maulene at the breakfast cafe. We went there on Saturday morning and she was a delight. She deserves a raise and then some. Also Jelena at the Blue restaurant was very nice.

The stay was good overall but I don’t understand why they charge for self parking at the hotel and a couple of other miscellaneous fees at checkout. I feel that these fees should of been included with the room.

There were ongoing issues with the elevators during the entire stay. Several days, guests were forced to use the service elevators as they were the only ones working. Property was generally in need of updating. Staff was excellent, very accommodating and responsive.

We have stayed at this property four times.The last time was prior to the pandemic in either 2018 or 2019,when it was still a Marriott. We were not able to notice any significant changes.The carpet in the hallways was very worn and there was a lingering musty odor. The buffet at the Cafe was overpriced and subpar.Also,charging $15 to self park daily is outrageous!On the plus side, the staff was excellent,especially the J1’s.
