It has a fully remodeled bath, upgraded kitchen and tasteful furnishings. First condo from the elevator for quick easy access to getting your toes in the sand. The angle on the balcony gives you a full view of the ocean. The complex features the biggest pool on the island with a fabulous view of the ocean. Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise, you will never run out of things to do. Amazing food, great weather all year round with all the comforts of home that will make your stay a memorable trip. This condo is ideal whether you plan to stay a week or a month or even longer. It is perfect for both adults and children. The resort has picnic areas, a grand playground for the kids, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and racketball. There is two onsite restaurants, a poolside bar as well as an ice cream bar for all to enjoy!! Enjoy sunrise with a coffee or sunset with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Or you can cozy up on the sofa to watch a movie on your flat screen smart TV in the living room.

Guest & Rental Gate Passes will be picked up at the Front Desk. There will be a Gate Pass Pick Up area to the right side of the Front Desk for guests. Guests should park their vehicles in the Convention Center Parking lot and come in the front lobby area to pick up their passes. Passes can be picked up daily. When the Front Desk closes for the evening guests will pick up their pass at the Security Gate

- Boat and trailer parking is also available.

Washers and dryers are available for your use!

This was the perfect apartment for a quick getaway, a few days at the beach enjoying the great september weather . Sunrises walk /runs were spectacular . Location was everything, steps from the beach and pool, elevator & stairs for easy carrying luggage. Bar on site and 2 options for lunch , very good !Bike rentals on site, rentals by day only not by hour, still worth it.Grocery store and gas station 5 min driving distance. Dinner & breakfast recommendations from owner were the best, we tried a few of them, communication with Marko was great, all check in instructions are clear . We will definitely go back and stay on this place, enjoy your stay !

Amazing location!

We were looking for a place to stay on our honeymoon and this spot was perfect! We were able to go to the beach every day without worrying about parking, but we were still able to explore all aspects of the island. Would definitely come back!

Good for a couples stay

As an older condo on the island, it is still well maintained, and has good bones with it's proximity to the beach and pool. The condo is a bit tight for anymore than 2 people, and could use a little less furniture. This unit is close to the elevator--we biked a lot, and brought our bikes right up the elevator.

The condo was perfect for our stay at Hilton Head! It was just my husband and I. It had a beautiful ocean view. We had access to all the amenities we needed and it was in a good location for shopping and restaurants! We also had great communication with the hosts!

Very misrepresented

The place was very misrepresented. They stated they had an oven - they only had a very old toaster oven. The place was very outdated. The furniture was old and not in good shape. One chair was covered in a tapestry because it was all ripped up. The TV in the so called master bedroom that did not have a door - did not work. There is no way more than 2 people could stay in this place. There was not one blanket left in the place and it was very cold. The smell of marijuana filled the place from neighboring unit. Very disappointed.

Living the Island lifeđŸïž

This was a perfect 10 day getaway with beautiful weather, relaxing location and a wonderful and comfortable condo to experience! Marko was a wonderful host and his attention to detail was incredible! I have stayed at numerous other locations on Hilton Head and by far this was the best experience and certainly one I will make sure to come back to for future visits. I would strongly recommend this location and this host to anyone who was looking to experience the island life ofHilton Head. Many many thanks again, Marko🙏👍

The Best Host Ever!!

Marko went above and beyond with his generous hospitality. I would give him 10 stars if I could. You never have to worry because he is quick to communicate back with you on any questions or concerns. The check in instructions were perfect and no detail left unanswered! A fantastic place to stay. You will love it!

Good property location, all things very dated. Could not tell from Virbo pictures. Dishes, utensils not cleaned from previous attendees, all beach amenities old, rusted and needing care. Beach umbrella had screw part to go unto the sand rusted off, and umbrella itself was broken. Bathroom fan is not an exaust, it blows into bathroom. Tv in bedroom doesnt work. Owner needs to invest and update.

Beach Condo

Enjoyed the property. Appreciated the chair, etc. for use on the beach. The property was easy walking to the pool, restaurant and beach. Clean beach. The condo was clean, had the utensils, plates, cups, cooking essentials I wanted. The balcony was great for enjoying the ocean view while having breakfast.
