✓ This property has parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. 1 on the Right and 3 on the Left. No garage access.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw.
✓ Pets are not allowed. Please plan accordingly.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Pool and spa heating is available for $100/day. Heating is limited to 20 F above the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ Please order pool spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival.
✓ The fireplace is only for decoration and is not for guest use due to liability.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted for a short period of time some time from November 2025 through May 2026.
