Ideally located in the iconic South Beach area of Sea Pines, this spacious villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable proximity to the shoreline, making it an exceptional choice for families and groups alike.

The main level welcomes you with an open and inviting living space adorned with tasteful island-inspired dĂ©cor. Comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV create an ideal setting for relaxing after a day outdoors. Just beyond the living room, the dining area connects seamlessly to the fully stocked kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together. A first-floor Queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom adds convenience and flexibility, particularly for guests who prefer fewer stairs. One of the villa’s standout features is the screened private porch, complete with its own television—perfect for unwinding while enjoying the coastal breeze and ocean sounds.

Upstairs, the primary King suite serves as a peaceful retreat, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony showcasing views where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Calibogue Sound. Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds, offer comfortable accommodations and share a bathroom located within one of the twin rooms. We enjoyed our stay at 1425 South Beach in Sea Pines. Location to the beach is top notch. The beach was pretty quiet compared to the local beaches. Plenty of room to spread out. Check in process is smooth and this property was well equipped for our needs. I gave four stars for property description as the bathrooms arrangement was unclear to us. Both upstairs bathrooms are accessed through bedrooms which could limit use based on your privacy needs. The downstairs bathroom is the only ‘public’ bathroom with access from common areas. The fourth bedroom, with twin beds, has no windows. Didn’t affect our stay but we didn’t understand that from the description. We would stay here again. It’s also only steps from Salty Dog, ice cream, tennis courts, restaurant, bait shop and gift shops. Felt very private compared to other places on the island.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. We were a group of six: my husband and I, my 84 year old parents and my 18 year old daughter and her friend. It was a perfect condo and location for the three generations. We enjoyed the bikes, beach, pickleball and great seafood restaurants. The dolphins seemed to be fishing most days between 4 and 6 pm so we had lots of great dolphin sightings.

unit is well stocked especially in the kitchen. major disappointment was the 4th "bedroom" which is a closet with no access to a bathroom unless you went through another bedroom or downstairs. would work for children, but we had adults. otherwise really great!

Lovely Sea Pines Stay!

While not our first trip to HHI, it was our first stay in Sea Pines. The condo was a short walk to the beach (and to the Salty Dog!), comfortable for two adults and three teens. We had enough room to not be on top of each other. The condo was well stocked, but we wished we had brought a fan as there were no ceiling fans or other fans for use. The beach was lovely and quiet. We would definitely book again!

Relaxing stay at Sea Pines

We had a very relaxing stay at the Beach Villa. The condo was spacious and clean. We kitchen had all the essentials we needed for the week. We enjoyed the short walk to the marina and beach. Our kids enjoyed riding the bikes around sea pines. Seeing dolphins every day was a surprise!

Great place by the beach!

I booked a last minute trip for our family and could not have been happier with our stay! The email we received with the check-in procedures explained everything and it was very easy to get our parking pass, door code, and bikes! It was clean and had everything we needed to cook many of our meals. I loved that there were new beach chairs and toys for us to use and that the beach was a very short walk from the home. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool and how close we were to everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Pros: -Listing was accurate. Property was clean and homey. -Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes -Beds were very comfortable -Walk to beach was shady and less than 5 minutes -Property had 6-7 beach chairs available -Great TV's in each bedroom and HUGE TV in main living area Cons: -Check-in process unclear. Better directions needed -Obtaining pool passes was frustrating and required several phone calls to management -Bedrooms badly need ceiling fans -Circulation fan in master bath was annoying. It was noisy and ran continuously. -"Fourth Bedroom" had obviously been a closet. Our grand daughter found it cozy but needed an electrical outlet. (Had a lamp but could not be plugged in). Despite the need for a few changes, our family had a great time and will likely return.

Long weekend stay!

The property was nice! Just what we needed for our stay but I was surprised that the pool that is “included” was not free. Check in process was not problematic but you do have to go to a different location to obtain parking pass and after several hours in the car my infant was not happy about it. Although I feel that is typical for HHI. The location was nice/close to salty dog/easy to ocean but it was not very secluded feeling like other homes I have stayed in. This property is great for what it is but if you desire seclusion then I would go elsewhere! Bikes were great!! Thanks for a good time

Wonderful rental

Clean, spacious and great location! We loved having the use of the 4 included bikes. Beautiful beach just a quick walk from the unit, and you can even see the ocean from the balcony. Perfect for families. Our teens especially loved the proximity to the Salty Dog.

Clean and comfy

Unit was clean and beds were comfy! Super convenient beach access and having bikes was more fun than we expected—at low tide the beach rides like a road eight lanes wide. We saw dolphins, starfish, sand dollars and many varieties of water fowl during our stay. Lots of great inland biking trails too—we rode to the lighthouse twice, seeing alligators on pond banks as we rode. Not golfers ourselves, but a paradise for those who love the game. Tennis, pickle ball, and pool nearby. And of course the Salty Dog Cafe. What’s not to love?

Sea Pines Thanksgiving stay

Overall, the property is ok. We arrived and had no lines but property manager Sean was amazing and rectified the situation right away. He was quite pleasant! My main complaint was that the place needs a good deep clean. It was very musty smelling (yes, I know it’s at the beach) but it was a bit overwhelming. With a good cleaning, I would definitely stay again as you couldn’t ask for a better location.

Great place

Such a nice place to stay with less than a 5 min walk to the beach and to Salty Dog. The beach area is private and quiet and is also a very nice place to relax. Our 10 mile bike ride was a perfect way to spend an afternoon exploring other areas of the island.

Location is beautiful

This property was close to the water which we really enjoyed. We ate out twice and cooked the rest of our meals. The one bedroom did not have any windows which was a downside. The master bedroom had a patio with a beautiful view. Would recommend more dish towels. Fabulous stay overall.
