This beautiful second floor (there is not an elevator in this building), 2 bedroom and 2 full bath villa has been renovated and is truly adorable. It has been freshly painted in a soft, coastal grey. This end unit villa offers wonderful views of the lagoon with fountain, as well as a glimpse of the large community pool. The private balcony is a little slice of heaven directly overlooking the lagoon. The oceanfront resort of Island Club is just off Folly Field Road and has tons of amenities such as a large pool, on-site bike rentals, free tennis, racquetball and children’s playground, just to name a few. With less than a 5 minute walk, getting to the beach is easy!

Brand new plank-style flooring has been added in the living room and dining area which are combined and there are sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. A modern 60” flat screen TV with DVD player is here for all your favorite channels and DVD’s.
The beautiful wood dining table seats 6 comfortably and is the perfect spot for sharing family dinners!

Located off the hall is a gorgeous full bath completely remodeled in today’s earth tones with pebble stone flooring in the shower and beautiful tile everywhere else. The remodeled kitchen is across from the hall bath and is a galley style kitchen with white appliances and white cabinets, lovely countertops with space for lunch, including 2 bar stools. A stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen as well.

The King bedroom is located just steps inside the villa and has beautiful bedding and a white iron bed, armoire with 40” flat screen TV, side tables and a comfy chair for reading. The full bath attached to this room has an updated single vanity sink, brand new toilet and a tub/shower. The twin room down the hall and just off the living room has a nautical motif done in cream and blues with two great herons looking down at you from the pictures above the beds. There is a ceiling fan in this room, an armoire for your clothes and a 40" flat screen TV. This room also has a view of the pond and fountain.

This villa is perfect for the smaller family who wants to be near the ocean and have amenities galore to enjoy!

Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools are seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on-site as well.

Great beach vacation!

We have stayed here for a family vacation before and loved it. Such a great experience! The condo was clean and safe, kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Having a washing machine and dryer onsite is a game changer! Thank you for having us!

Property as described

The whole process was seem less. Response after booking and prior to checking in was quick and efficient. The property was clean and neat. The proximity to the beach is great, really just across the parking lot or across the yard. There’s a beach access trail. This property was a nice size for four to five people but it was only my husband and I. The only con of there was one is the main bedroom bed is very Squeaky as it’s an iron frame with what seems to be a spring mattress. So with every move there’s a squeak. I would recommend this property for your stay.

A great resort And nice unit!

We loved our time at Island Club! The pool was great and super close and the beach is a short walk away (with a boardwalk). Such great amenities, grilled out, kids played on playground, etc. The rental company called multiple times to make sure we were having a good time. Large smart TVs in the bedrooms and huge living room tv. Kitchen fully stocked. Will definitely be back!

Great Stay - Perfect for 4

We had a great stay, easy and quick access to beach and other area attractions. Nice porch to rest at night and enjoy the pond view. Could use a quick dusting of higher placed items such as ceiling fans and top shelves. But overall a great location

False Advertising!

We were sorely disappointed with the unit we rented. “100 steps to the beach,” as advertised, was actually 500 steps to the beach, which is not what we signed up/paid for and I have bad feet and didn’t want to have to walk that far with cooler, chairs, etc (and did I mention we paid premium to be 100 steps from the beach?), AC wouldn’t go below 82 degrees in the late afternoon, no battery in clock, leftover paper plates from a previous tenant behind the couch, disgustingly filthy kitchen windows with holes in screens (they did come over and cut out the screens) 🙄 furnace filter was disgusting - I changed it, looked like poop in ice maker bucket đŸ’© , smoke detector had no battery 🔋 , inadequate parking for tenants, pool was dirty...I tried to resolve with the property manager of Beach Property’s and he had one excuse after the other. We tried to make the best of it. Sucks when you save your money up to go on a nice vacation and you get much less than expected. The place was a fail.
