The villa offers a spacious living area complete with television and surrounded by unique vaulted, wooden ceilings. From here guests may gaze or step out onto the œ covered, œ open patio area overlooking a tranquil lagoon. Back inside, guests will enjoy the full kitchen area which leads to a utility room complete with a washer and dryer. The dining area is set for six and offers a view of the lagoon.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, sitting area, and full bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom is set with a queen-size bed with a bathroom just across the hall. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with shower. Located in Sea Pines, a natural semi-tropical paradise at the South end of the island, this charming villa will leave you with endless ways to spend your days! **Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

Lagoon Critters

The animals in and around the lagoon were a huge highlight for us. A resident alligator, anhinga, great blue heron, little blue heron, green heron on a nest, Black crowned night heron and yellow crowned night heron that we got to see eat a crab.

The property is at a great location. You can walk to South Beach Marina. The lagoon in the back yard is beautiful. The property is very dated. Carpets were dirty. Needs to be replaced in my opinion. For the price $3900/wk, I have stayed in much nicer places in Sea Pines. The TV's in the guest rooms are ridiculously small. I will not stay here again.

Great villa

This was a wonderful property! The deck was fantastic and proved to be our regrouping area in between activities. The kitchen was really well appointed with anything/everything you could need and more. It’s in a great location-a few minutes walk to either South Beach Marina or the beach. We definitely enjoyed ourselves!!!

Fun stay at great property.

Property was well located close to pool, beach, shopping. It was clean, well maintained. Kitchen had everything needed including plenty of silverware, glasses, pots/pans. Laundry appliances were good.

Magical Wonderland

For never visiting South Carolina before we couldn’t have hand picked a better location had we known what we were looking for. The home was beautiful and roomy. The amenities were great. The 5-7 minute walk to the beach was perfect! We went crabbing, fishing and could see the dolphins from the shore. The sunsets were beautiful! It was a wonderfully magical family vacation which we all enjoyed and would love to come back to.

Good location for social distancing

The unit was as described and really a super nice layout. We had plenty of room for three generations to spread out, The WiFi was excellent and we did virtual school while there successfully. However, Beachside sent us info a week in advance on how to get the parking passes but neglected to tell us that it changed. We spent 1/2 hour at 10pm trying to figure out the situation and finally called the emergency number to be told oops we gave you bad information. Then we drove to the unit to find out our lock code was incorrect as well. The unit is awesome- well equipped and nicely laid out. Books, extra beach stuff and anything you might want for cooking. Great location but it would have been helpful to have information in the unit to tell us where the pool and beach access are located. SeaPines Beach club did NOT allow us in so maybe that needs to be straightened out as the info in the unit says you have access. While it is a great unit, not at all impressed with the management company.

1572 lagoon villa

Overall fine—but property is more dated than I expected: WiFi slow/easily overwhelmed; no smart TVs; AC worked well in common areas but hot in bedrooms. Lock on front door didn’t work but management was good about bringing a key to us. The broken lock continued to buzz and lock/unlock itself for four days—a bit annoying. The location was very good. I have stayed in HHI many times and several of the other companies don’t make us come to their office first—they leave the parking passes in the unit instead, which is much more convenient. Of the places we’ve stayed, this unit was definitely the most dated and I probably wouldn’t rent this one again.

Great location, comfortable space

We have stayed at the South Beach end of the island many times, and this property had just the right feel and fit for our family vacation. From the lagoon view and spacious deck, comfortable bedrooms and adequate kitchen, the biggest attraction is the location. A quick walk to the beach or pool, tennis courts right outside the door and access to the Salty Dog for food and ice cream made our party very happy. We will be back!

Great location! Close to everything, but still quiet and private

Perfect size place for our family of 4 and the grandparents. The back deck is private and a great place to relax and read a book. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need, and the bathrooms were nice. Great idea to take the 3rd bedroom closet and convert it to a bathroom. Great stay!

great

this three bedroom villa was perfect for our family of five. the location couldn't be better right next to the tennis courts and the south beach marina. we walked to the beach across the street or rode our bikes down the street to tower beach (showers, bathrooms, boardwalk access). we walked to dinner and ice cream. the house was well appointed with everything we needed. thanks for a lovely stay and the phone calls and emails to check that everything was going well.
