The water views from this elegant 5th floor Beachside Tennis villa set the scene for a perfect vacation. 1899 Beachside Tennis offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and bedding for 6 guests and is located in South Beach, one of the most popular vacation areas within Sea Pines.

This charming villa has spectacular views of the beach and Sound and both bedrooms have private baths and balconies. The Master has a King bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions, and wireless internet service is included.

Guests of 1899 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn. We had a wonderful week. The condo is comfortable and spacious, but more importantly, the view is breathtaking! The location was perfectly situated on the sound. We enjoyed dolphin watching daily from the condo and from our walks along the sound. We would gladly return to this condo again in the future.

Third time here

Third time staying here in 4 years. The updates were nice and made the condo feel nicer than ever. The views are phenomenal. We opted not to cook much this trip, but when we did we had what needed. Be sure to bring/buy spices because there are no leftovers. Great condo, wonderful location. The sound is a peaceful place to enjoy the beach. Had small interaction with Destination Vacation staff when expecting a package and they were helpful and friendly.

HILTON HEAD SOUTH BEACH | Beachside Tennis Villas

Facilities were excellent! Lodging was clean and VERY well equipped. If I were to return to this area I would want to select the very same unit we stayed in. Downside... There were no luggage carts, so we had to make numerous trips to the parking lot to carry stuff to and from our vehicle.

Much needed relaxation

My brother and I stayed in this same unit, and as last year, we were not disappointed. Great views, clean, comfortable. The jelly fish were bad this summer, but that didn't stop us from hitting the beach every day. An easy walk over to the Salty Dog marina every night for drinks and music made for easy entertainment. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great stay in Sea Pines

Clean property, top floor, quiet building overall which was great. This is our second time renting in this building. Would highly recommend for a week long stay as we just completed.

Great view and location

Great view and location. The unit had everything we needed and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The check-in was late due to the unit not being cleaned and screens are needed on the front windows, it’s a safety hazard for small children.

Spectacular views

Really enjoyed our stay here. Spectacular views of the water and beach. Lovely for viewing dolphins and other wildlife. Easy access to beach. Property management is excellent. Easy checkin and follow up to make sure all was as promised. They also make sure their guests have information for local activities, etc. The property is stocked with everything one needs to feel at home. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice stay, lovely view

Beautiful view, gorgeous sunsets, very clean, lovely location, responsive professional management company that courteously and quickly responded to our request for sharp knives and a cutting board. Would love to stay again - will hope for updated kitchen supplies such as nonstick cookware, and fewer emails/interruptions from the property management company during our vacation. Thank you for a very nice stay. Happy holidays.

Beachside tennis 1899

Our property was beautiful! Short walk to the water, great location. Other Residents were friendly. We loved being able to ride bikes anywhere we wanted. I only left the resort once the entire time we were there. Will definitely be coming back and hope to get the same villa.
