Village House 310 is an amazing two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa located so close to the beach, you can smell the ocean air! Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this condo is well maintained and creates a comfortable and relaxing environment for a beach getaway. Mid-Island location only a few minutesâ walk to the beach, pool (open seasonally April - October), Westin resort, and just a 5 minute drive to Shelter Cove Marina with restaurants and shopping. Bring your clubs and enjoy the many golf courses on and off Hilton Head Island including two courses at Port Royal Golf which is just more than a driver away from the condo!
The main bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen smart TV for accessing your personal streaming service along with cable, an in-suite tub/shower combo, and private balcony access. The guest bedroom includes a flat screen TV for with access to cable, two queen beds, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main living room TV offers Cable TV. In addition, the main living, dining, kitchen and laundry room are located in the middle of the
unit offering separation and privacy between the bedrooms. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool just a minutesâ walk across the street.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath conveniently located condo close to the beach will not disappoint. You will love the convenience of packing up for a day on the beach and having your toes in the sand after an easy 7-minute walk or short bike ride. You will be 1/3 mile from Islanders Beach where you will have access to the playground, picnic tables and beach access with restrooms. An outdoor shower and foot wash are available at the building to rinse off the sand from your time at the beach. The new (2024) full-sized stackable washer and dryer will ease the chore of doing laundry and a new (2024) 50-gallon water heater almost guarantees a hot shower to get you ready for your evening activities.
You will have so many restaurants (Main Street Village, Jamica Joeâz Beach Bar, Hudsonâs Seafood House, Old Oyster Factory, etc.), activities (beach, golf, bike rentals, Coastal Discovery Museum, etc.), shopping options (Shelter Cove, Main Street Village, Tanger Outlets, etc.), grocery stores (Publix, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, and Kroger all nearby) and golf courses (too many to list!) to
choose from when you stay at Village House 310.

310 Village House Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture of the reservation amount paid will apply. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.
Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance

I stayed at Hilton Head for a medical conference. Everything in the apartment was great very clean. Check in was more complicated than it needed to be. Should have just messaged us the door code and the security outer door code in the same message. One ply toilet paper was pretty slim - bring your own toilet paper is suggestion and you should bring more soap. We were given a small bar or soap for a 4-5 night stay for two people that is supposed to be used for hand washing AND shower washing! Also bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Makes zero sense! Try shelling out for some extra soap please.
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a nice complex! We enjoyed the large living area and the quick walk to the beach. The hosts were great and the check in/check out process was simple. Highly recommend!!
So many wonderful things to say about this little gem. Great set up with bedrooms on opposite sides of living room. Nice little kitchen area very nicely stocked. The building is very nicely decorated and feels more like a home rather than a rental unit. A short walk to the beach access (which was getting a brand new sidewalk installed and will be great come summer time). Beach Access area has bathrooms, outdoor showers, sand wheelchairs that can be borrowed, and a playground.
Owners were fantastic and extremely helpful when we had questions. Wonderful hosts.
