Located in Sea Pines, 2249 Heritage Villas is the closest villa to the pool entrance with a family friendly layout making it perfect for your next family trip or golf vacation! All 3-bedrooms have newly remodeled ensuites, featuring 2 King-sized beds and 2 full beds. There's plenty of spacious room and privacy for the whole family! *This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation.

*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 27 nights.
*Community pool is seasonal – April 1 – October 15 (weather permitting). Pool deck is open year-round.
*South Beach Marina Pool is closed on September 5th for the rest of the 2025 season.
*Please note that once the pool is reopened, daily and weekly pool passes will be available for purchase on-site at the South Beach pool during normal pool hours.

Lovely stay in a nice condo

Nice property. Cleanest place we've stayed at in HHI. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 young kids. I'm not sure how well the floor was mopped before we got there, but not a big enough deal to affect the 5 stars.The large shower upstairs was amazing for cleaning up the kids after the beach.Lots of hooks and hangers to hang things up to dryWe enjoyed having the pool a few steps away from the condo!

Excellent Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

2249 was absolutely perfect for our little family of four. The space was clean, easy to access, quiet, and close to all of our favorite things Sea Pines Resort has to offer. We enjoyed the proximity to the neighborhood pool and when raining, spending afternoons watching movies in the comfortable living room space. We so look forward to staying at this location again. Everything was great, except that online it stated that the pool was heated. It wasn’t. Also, when we arrived the side door (that goes the the garbage can area) was unlocked.

Perfect Property and Location

This was a beautifully decorated condo with 2 amazingly comfortable King-sized beds!The check-in process was seamless and the location was perfectly located to walk to Harbourtown, Sea Pines Center and many restaurants. We had a family Thanksgiving in HHI and would absolutely return to this property again. My only suggestion would be to replace the full-sized mattress on the bunk beds as it was very uncomfortable.

Great stay

Wonderful! Great beds and pillows. Right next to pool. Coligny Beach was wonderful with new Tikki Hut remodel. Still dont know where trolley or shuttle stops are close to unit. Please inform others. Toilets are tricky to flush. Trigger flush not perfect. Need AC lower at night after dark, especially for uostairs. Had 2 surprise visits from Maint guy for new area rug???? Dinner close at Reillys was awesome! Harbour Town bar was great! Loved Sea Pines snd son enjoyed 2 golf courses! Always eat at Stacks on way out!

A great spot in a fantastic location. This villa is spacious, clean, and cute! It had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head and was walking distance to Harbour Town. We would definitely stay here again with zero hesitation.

Exceptional experience

The location of the property was a highlight. It was conveniently located near Harbor Town-restaurants, shopping beautiful boats. Despite it's central location, the property itself was quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable living space, the cozy bedroom and luxurious bathroom added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch rental experience.

Three Blocks to Harbour Town Course

Two couples rented for RBC. Perfect location. . Clean and Updated condo in older complex. Would work well with two couples with young kids. Small but well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable King Beds (Westin Heavenly Bed comfortable) and same with all the living room furniture. Showers and Bathrooms were spacious and new. Spa type shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Trash take out directly connected to the unit. Nothing to improve here. Would stay again.
