2305 Sea Crest is a stunning one bedroom, one and a half bath villa on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Located on the third floor, this Sea Crest villa has been completely updated throughout including porcelain tile flooring that leads from the foyer to the kitchen, dining/living room area, and bathrooms. Contemporary in design, 2305 Sea Crest will please even the most discriminating vacationer. A balcony off the living room has two chairs and offers a wonderful view of the ocean, along with tropical landscaped shrubs and palm trees that surround the property.

From the front entrance of the villa there is the half bath with a pedestal sink that is conveniently located near the living area. To the left of the entrance is the master bedroom carpeted and decorated in a soothing color scheme. There is a king bed, flat screen TV, and an upholstered bench. A walk-in closet provides storage for a twin rollaway bed for an extra guest. The renovated private bath provides a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Guests will feel inspired to whip up a gourmet meal in the newly updated kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, large sink, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools and pendant lights. There is a gorgeous wood dining table with a granite top and 4 rattan seats. In the living room there is a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, two chairs and a 65" flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player.
