This charming Townhouse offers a short walk to the
Beach & features 3 Bedrooms & 3 1/2 Baths. Guests of
302 Tennismaster can look forward to relaxing in the
spacious Living Room outfitted with a Flat Screen TV or
you may choose to spend your evenings enjoying the
fresh air from your Private Screened Porch which
overlooks the on site Pool.

The Pool is just steps away plus there are miles of Bike
Paths that wind their way past Live Oak trees draped
with Spanish Moss plus Lagoons where you will find
Alligators basking in the sunshine & Snowy Egrets
perched in the treetops.

This two story Townhouse is ideal for Beach Lovers and
for those Golfers in the family; there are 3 Golf Courses

The walls are paper thin, when the residents beside went up and down the stairs inside - you can forget sleeping. Day one/ the ceiling fan on the screened in porch fell on top of me and the glass shattered allover me. (The fan was not running when this happened).Maintenance had to come day 2, when we arrived the main bathroom commode did not flush and one of the upstairs showers did not work. The laundry room doors were broken, the only thing upgraded is the master bath. Everything else needs a major overhaul. The couch smelled like urine.The location was as described and it was a quick walk to the pool and nice bike ride to beach.The outside was nice, inside needs updated bad.They do not answer emails on the weekend so don’t even try to reach them. Felt more like a place in Myrtle Beach, not in Shipyard on HHI. Disappointed-

The condo was fine but it could be a lot better if it was updated.

We have pic’s of mold and rust that could have easily been addressed. The hot water didn’t work in the master bedroom, there was lipstick on the pillow case and confetti around the end table. The outside deck was dirty, the cushions needed cleaning, the washer and dryer worked but barely. It was a pretty condo just needed some work to make it into a really nice place. Would I stay there again, no. We did have fun and enjoyed our trip but it could have been better.

Would not stay here again.

Booking and check in were good. The property location is ok. Walk to the beach is too long. The condo was not clean and the trash doesn't get picked up until the day before checkout, so we got to enjoy smelling the previous renters trash for the whole week.

Nice but needs a lot of updates. Not enough dressers so we lived out of suitcases. Not enough matching plates and bowls to feed 8 people. Refrigerator freezer was not clean at all. Master bathroom was gross. But I love the area so we made the best of it.

Overall the stay was fantastic! The only suggestion I can make is to provide more than 1 towel/wash cloth for guests. It’s difficult when a person uses 2 towels (body and long hair) after showering and there aren’t enough. We had to go buy our own at Walmart.

Nice, but not clean.

We have always enjoyed Tennismaster units. This particular unit was nice too with the exception of the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. There were food particles on the floor, fallen items left under the bed and behind dresser, Rx pill found on floor and a bag of drug residue left in a bathroom drawer. The unit itself was spacious and well-equipped. The sofa was comfortable and the seating was plenty. There is no TV in one upstairs bedroom, only a gaming console, which was a bit of a disappointment. We had to watch TV from our cellphones. Overall our stay was fine with the exception of the worries of if the items and rooms were actually clean and disinfected.

Perfect for 8 people (over 70) in town for tennis tournament.

We all loved the bed situation- everyone had their own bed. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean through out the house. One tiny recommendation 1) more coffee cups and wine glasses. I would recommend the house to every one. If we return for another tennis tournament, I will definitely check this place out first👍👍👍👍👍

Great location, ample space, don’t stay here if you want to cook in the kitchen.

The property was well stocked with towels, Dish soap, hand soap, some toiletries and toilet paper. This was great! The space was well designed and ample room for my husband and I and our 4 young adult children. The big negative was the available utensils in the kitchen. If you are planning on cooking in, I would unfortunately not choose this particular unit of 302 Tennismaster again. There were only 2 spoons, 6 forks and absolutely no knives that could cut a pepper let alone a carrot. Pots and pans were ok. Finally, the unit next door was very loud. Walls are thin. Shape up the cutlery and the place is a great choice.

Nice Location

Nice location. 8 minute walk to the beach. We rented bikes which was nice to bike to ice cream and shops about 1.3 miles away. Pool is right outside the door unfortunately it was one of the last pools still closed at the resort, we found that out on our own so maybe check on status of pool as no one reached out to us which was disappointing. The cleanliness of the place absolutely leaves room for improvement. Wet washcloth in a ball and flosser sticks found in the bathtub and food found in the lip of the bed frame on two beds. Crusted food was also found on the counters and tables.

Not our favorite tennismaster experience

We have stayed in multiple Tennismaster properties. We were disappointed in the overall upkeep of this particular unit. The dishes and kitchen supplies were hit or miss. Not a lot to choose from. Whatever product that was used to clean the master shower, left an unpleasant smell for several days. It appears they have tried to update the property, but never finished. The cabinets were old and dirty on the inside. We had to flush the master toilet several times to keep it from running constantly. The management company did respond quickly when we reported the air conditioning was not cooling. (After a very unpleasant, warm night!) The HVAC individual showed us a filter that had not been changed out in quite a while. By inserting a new filter, the unit cooled quickly. Proper maintenance would have prevented this experience.

We enjoyed staying in this rental. The only bummer is pool was closed so check that before going if you plan to use it. Bring your own beach stuff and beach towels. Renee was very quick to respond to any question we had during our stay. We would stay here again.

Great condo!

Wonderful condo in a great location. Walking distance to the tennis courts and the Sonesta hotel. The condo is in wonderful shape and is extremely clean.
