3403 Windsor Court South is a beautiful one bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and room to accommodate 4 guests. One of the greatest features of this villa is that you can watch the sunrise from your balcony with a cup of coffee in hand and know that your day in paradise has only just begun. This villa offers fabulous direct ocean and beach views, making it a must stay in Palmetto Dunes.

Upon entering this very bright and sunny space, to the left, is the guest bathroom that has a granite top single vanity and walk-in shower. To the right you are greeted by the dining table with seating for four surrounded by a wall of mirrors. The kitchen has newly remodeled granite countertops as well as new travertine tile in the entry, kitchen and dining areas - enjoy your vacation in luxury. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and opens up to a little “bar” with seating for two which is a great spot to have a glass of wine or serve hors d’oeuvres before dinner!

As you continue through the open concept villa, you enter the living room boasting huge windows spanning the back wall opening up to a gorgeous ocean scene. There is a teal blue queen sleeper sofa, a recliner and a 46” TV with DVD and stereo. Enough room for all of our guests to sit down and enjoy a movie or a sports game after a day in the sand!

The master bedroom has a king bed, accent chair and 32” TV. The ensuite bathroom is newly renovated with a granite topped single vanity, a separate jetted tub and walk-in shower.

Tastefully decorated with beach décor, this villa offers access to the balcony off both the living room and master bedroom with sweeping ocean views. The balcony has a high top round table that seats four.

The Windsor Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and a gas grilling area just off of the beach. There is also an elevator and covered parking for your convenience. 3403 Windsor Court South is a beautiful, bright and luxurious space for you to enjoy the ocean views from bed, a sea breeze out on the balcony, and all of the amenities that Windsor Court South and Palmetto Dunes have to offer.
