An all-new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and new cabinetry filled with every amenity you can imagine in a kitchen. Brand new updated spa like bathrooms. All new heavenly comfort beds will make your stay even more relaxing and rejuvenating! New black out curtains so you can sleep in! A new pull-out couch, wood floors and so much more! You will be very happy with your accommodations at 3426 Villamare.

NEW VILLAMARE POOLS NOW OPEN becoming the Island's ONLY oceanfront complex with 3 pools! Villamare features heated (3/15 - 5/1 & 10/15 - 12/1**) Oceanfront Pool, New Oceanfront Adult Only Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool. There is also an Indoor Heated Pool (the only complex in PD to offer this feature), Hot Tub and Complete Fitness Center (16 and older) which is open every day 7:30am-5pm (unless otherwise posted on door). There is also an updated grilling area (near the pool) with 4 new propane grills for your use.

Palmetto Dunes consists of 3 golf courses, 3 miles of beautiful beach property, bike trails, a marina with shops and restaurants, an in-resort free shuttle to take you wherever you want to go. There is also the brand-new Shelter Cove Towne Centre with all types of shops, restaurants, a major grocery store and a linear park where they hold many festivals throughout the year. Another perk is the Dunes Buggy that operates from April - September that includes rides over to Shelter Cove where there are more restaurants, shopping, and activities to explore.

Exactly as advertised. Very nice condo. Pool is nice and beach is awesome. Only improvement opportunity is the elevator broke down in middle of our stay but they got it fixed within a day. Would definitely stay here again!

Any complaints about bathrooms and porch furniture are dated as all have been updated and redone. This place is perfect, great view and private location. Clean. Love Villamare and choose this location in Palmetto Dunes for convenience. Beaches were not crowded like at the commercial properties as areas reopen. Will stay here again.

We love this location and facilities ....walking to beach is wonderful. We have rented in Villa Mare before and were not disappointed however, this condo was a disappointment. Upon arrival we discovered that the water had not been used in a very long time . ...this caused a sulphur backup and a sickening smell when we tried to use facilities. Plumber was brought in and problem solved quickly but this situation should not exist in a rental that is supposedly cleaned prior to arrival!!! Also would mention that kitchen table and chairs appear unstable....dining there was a challenge with table top rocking continuously if you happened to rest on it!! Also would like to mention that every condo should have a small desk. Internet service was great but working on the kitchen counter is not the best situation! I will be looking next for Villa Mare condo that offers a desk and/or writing area!!! Adah Nicklin

Great location and spacious!

My mother, my father and myself stayed in this lovely condo for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, but do have a few suggestions, as far as furnishings and "ambiance" are concerned. First, I felt that the front door (out onto the main hallway) should have a blind or some privacy curtain; we could actually see people walking past and vice versa. Second, the kitchen had nice furnishings; lots of cooking utensils and nice pans. However, dinnerware was sparse. Not enough dishes to put in the dishwasher and then have another meal before running the dishwasher. Finally, I didn't actually count, but there was at least 7 remotes for the TV. We did find 3 that we needed to use TV; the actual TV remote, a cable box remote, and a ROKU remote. No concise instructions on how to work them. TV's in every room, and they are all different brands with several remotes. This a very nice and comfortable place to stay and the communication between the condo rental company was excellent. There was a nice view of the ocean from the primary bedroom and the pool facilities were absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend taking pictures of the condo on your first day as there are some areas that are worn out or damaged. That way you don't run the risk of being charged for damage you didn't cause. Thank you!

Great Condo in Villamare

Our recent stay at the condo was perfect. We love this location and have stayed at Villamare for the past 6 years for Spring Break. We love the beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and our condo had everything we needed with lovely decor. It was nicely renovated and very clean. We love access to everything located in Palmetto Dunes. We rented bikes right down from the condo and rode everywhere as a family. This was a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break and we will definitely be back to stay at this condo.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Villamare. Very nice pool and close to the beach. We liked the amenities at the Shelter Cove center nearby too.

Not as advertised

The condo is in dire need of a “deep cleaning”. It is newly updated inside which would be nice if the cleanliness had been maintained. We had to wipe down all the surfaces and "sanitize" it ourselves, despite the condo being listed as such. Also, dog hair was all over the floor and furniture. The property is advertised as a non-pet property, but clearly a pet had been in there. If someone has an allergy to dogs, I would avoid this property 100%. The property managers did provide quick communication and offered to send housekeeping back the next day, but we had already cleaned up on our own (as another reviewer also commented) and frankly we did not trust the abilities of housekeeping at that point. The location of the property is very close to the beach which is a plus and the property has potential to be great, but currently the execution is not there. Overall, disappointed in the advertising of this property and would not stay there again.

The condo wasn’t super clean as advertised. Luckily we brought some Lysol wipes. The patio furniture was uncomfortable due to some broken pieces. The gym was closed, guessing due to Covid. The property was nice and in a great location. Pool was nice and clean and near the pathway to the beach which was convenient.

Great vacation spot

The place was very clean and we loved the location. The only thing we did not like was no window covering on the front door window. With my daughter sleeping on the living room pullout bed we had to try and hang a towel over the window and noticed others must have tried to as well. That’s my only feedback...but we really enjoyed our time there.

2020 Summer Getaway

The family enjoyed this condo very much. We took advantage of the fact that the condo is just a few steps from the beach, a bike rental shop, and a number of other locales. We also enjoyed the privacy this condo offers as it is located in a part of the complex which isn't heavily frequented by passerby. The views of the ocean were also great. Overall a really good stay!

Awesome get away!!

We had an amazing time at this property. It is right on the beach! The pool was very big and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The condo was perfect in size for a family of 6. We will be back next year!
