3428 Villamare - Beautiful views from this lovely villa!

This 4th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has lovely ocean views. Relax while enjoying the ocean views from one of the two private balconies. The views, on-site amenities, and location make this villa perfect for a family getaway.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
‱ Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
‱ Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
‱ Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
‱ A map showing the alternate route is attached for your convenience.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
‱ The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
‱ Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

Well stocked condo in Palmetto Dunes: excellent

The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and all the extras from the vacation company. We really enjoyed having so many towels and linens and well as several (13) beach towels for our use. Loved the outside edge of the property for quiet. Nice porch and fun ocean site and garden views.

Our first visit to HHI. This Villemar property was a great location. Right on the beach with a lovely pool area. The pull out couch was not clean when we went to use it so we made do without it and the bed next to the window in the room with 2 queens is a 5-6/10 for comfort.

Another beautiful Hilton Head stay!

Our group of adults and kiddos had a wonderful time at this Villamare condo! It was our second time to stay at this condo complex and in Palmetto Dunes, and we plan to stay here each trip to Hilton Head! The condo layout is fantastic and access to the beach is so easy and close- just walk past the pool. We like Palmetto Dunes because it is further away from busier areas on the island and it's a beautiful area. The condo had a great, well-equipped kitchen and we had everything we needed.

Happy Home

This was our happy home for a week. Perfect set up for two couples. Short walk to the beach. Convenient to everything. Very clean and equipped nicely. One suggestion- queen mattresses need replacing. King mattress very comfy.

Great location

Villamare is a lovely property. The unit is nice. It is conveniently located close to the elevator. I would recommend that the queen mattress on the bed near the patio doors in the second bedroom be replaced. It sinks in the middle.

The condo was fantastic. Great location to restaurants and stores. Good view of the water from the balconies. Only a couple of minor issues. The condo above us did not have felt on the furniture and they were moving chairs all hours of the day and night. It vibrated very loudly into our room. The second was the cable box in the living room did not work. Besides the the stay was great.
