Everything was perfect! Beautiful place, just as pictured. Beds were very comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean. It took some time finding the pool but if you follow the blacktop path across the street it's very close and convenient. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Overall great experience!

Great communication with the owner and property manager. Outstanding gift basket upon arrival. Had an issue with AC unit but they were there in 5 minutes to fix the issue. Centrally located. Great overall stay. Highly recommend.

Memorial Day weekend, HHI

We enjoyed our stay in this shipyard unit. The house was spacious and clean and located very close to the beach. It was pet friendly which was important to us. The only complaint is we arrived at 2:30 and they would not allow us to check in until 4 pm. The Host+Home staff were polite and friendly, and responded to our needs/requests promptly. Will highly recommend this place and certainly will stay here again.

Lovely stay

This property was in a great location as it was close to the ocean (less than 1 mile) and many attractions (including a grocery store; restaurants and other shopping). We found it easier to drive to the beach, although there are plenty of paths that you could walk it. We also appreciated the cart and beach chairs that were included with this rental. The property had the bedrooms upstairs and main floor had a nice living space and open kitchen. It was great to have two floors so that family members could go to bed early or stay up late without disturbing other family members. The only issue we had is that the master bathroom (which is directly above the ktichen area) had a leak which ended up making the kitchen floor wet after using the shower. We called management right away and they responded right away. The fix they tried didn't really work so hopefully they are working on a long term solution. I would definitely stay again!
