✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines, and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase additional car passes for $30 per week.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Free heated pool. Please let us know beforehand so we can prepare it for your arrival.
✓ PET POLICY: One dog under 60 pounds can join with no additional charge.
✓ The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
