• This villa sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children.

This 2BR/2.5 BA villa is exceptional as it offers spacious comfort and has been totally redecorated providing a very pretty uplifting feeling. Additionally, located within easy walking distance to the beach, this villa offers a recently resurfaced tennis court and 3 onsite pools and is close to all the activities offered by Coligny shops and restaurants.

The great room includes a living room with TV and a sofa that extends into a queen sized bed. The kitchen with breakfast bar offers a spacious area for family to congregate. The dining area offers seating for four.
The master bedroom has a King bed with TV and full private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and it too has a private bath. Completing the second floor is a stackable washer and dryer.

• Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October.

• A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.

With a short walk to the beach, and 4 free adult bicycles, this unit is an island explorer's paradise.
