Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

You're going to love this Captain's Walk villa for one of the best panoramic ocean views on Hilton Head Island, for being centrally located within mid-island on new paved pathways, for having a golf course on the property, and for having conveniently located new specialty shops and restaurants. This spacious 4th-floor villa has fabulous oceanfront views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony.

The fully renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, brand new cabinets, and appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for the entire family. The dining room table seats six, as well as a breakfast bar with three stools. The living room completes this open concept villa with its comfortable brand new sofa and couch and brand new 65-inch Samsung Smart HDTV with smart apps like Netflix, Prime, and Cable TV. New luxury vinyl plank tile flooring is on display throughout the villa.

The master bedroom consists of a king bed, a 65-inch HDTV with Roku and other smart apps, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is nicely updated with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom consists of two queen beds, a 65-inch HDTV with Roku and other smart apps, and its own fully renovated attached bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has a glass tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

Great Beachfront Location

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and we enjoy it every time! The beach access is so easy and the condo is updated and furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect. Can't wait to come back next year!

Amazing condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Hilton Head. We came for the week with our two teenage daughters. The condo is beautiful and exactly as described. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The view is fantastic and the location is great. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

What a beautiful condo & an awesome location with a gorgeous direct view of the ocean. Awesome beach to take walks on. This home was the cleanest we have ever been in with very nice furnishings and features. Island Time which manages the property was great to work with and their app is great. Perfect getaway!

One suggestion would be to put the beach gear that is in the pantry into the storage ottomans on the deck and add shelves for the pantry for guests to put their grocery items in. We had to put our grocery items on the floor in bags in the kitchen. The other suggestion is not to send so many messages about the beach towels and the cost of them if they are damaged or gone. We didn't use the towels, we walk on the beach and those were not needed by us, but it was off putting to keep getting messages about them.

A great spot to enjoy Palmetto Dunes

The apartment is updated, stylish, beachy and very comfortable- we really enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooking the pool and beach is an added bonus and we enjoyed having coffee and drinks there. The location of the condo is unbeatable-convenient to everything in PD and a short bike ride from Starbucks, Krogers, Whole Foods and other shops and restaurants in Shelter Cove. My only suggestion would be to add some kitchen essentials such as a salad bowl, flower vase and some serving dishes. Otherwise, it was perfect and we would stay there again.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We loved our stay at 450 Captains Walk! The view is incredible. The condo is light and bright and has just a wonderful overall feel to it. We spent endless hours on the balcony. We were instructed to bring beach towels, however, the unit was equipped with those along with beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. The outside corridor lights are very bright, so if you are staying in the guest room and have sensitivity to light, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask.
