508 Queens Grant is one of our most updated, upscale, and coastal chic Queens Grant units! This is a gorgeous villa which can easily accommodate a group of six guests. This magnificent place comes with loads of splendid amenities to offer you a memorable vacation experience. Coastal touches and accessories throughout and beautiful beachy colors flow through the villa. 508 Queens Grant is in the Amesbury section situated within a private community. It's surrounded by sumptuous greenery and features an incredible view of nature! The villa is comprised of two spacious bedrooms, a well-decorated and updated master bathroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a well-furnished dining room that seats up to six guests, and a beautiful outside patio area!

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, white appliances, and two stools at the breakfast bar. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining room has a wood table that has four chairs plus a bench seat.

The living room is extremely spacious, bright, and airy. The living room is furnished with updated furniture and electronic appliances; a gray queen sleeper sofa, a blue oversized armchair with ottoman, and a 39” TV. The ambiance of this living room renders a look fresh out of Southern Living magazine. Moreover, the dining and living room features a luxurious wood floors and breathtaking high ceilings with rustic beams. Outside the sliding doors is a private patio with lights around the fence, an umbrella table for six, and a Jenn Air gas grill. Enjoy an outdoor meal while relaxing in your private oasis.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September.
