HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 2 minutes by car from 60 Lawton Road.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be CRATED when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Just perfect! The pool, the view of the pond and alligators and the location of the house were amazing! The beds were so very comfortable! Usually beds are horrible at rentals but these were so comfortable you didn’t even want to get up! The kitchen was perfectly equipped and had more than you even needed. The home was perfectly cleaned and even the hangers were perfectly placed! One word, PERFECT!

Fantastic stay with an unforgettable view in Sea Pines – Highly Recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean and well-organized everything was. The home is spacious, with comfortable furnishings that made it easy to relax and unwind.With four bedrooms and three baths in the main house, plus an additional bedroom and bath in the pool house, there was plenty of space for our group. The layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding quiet moments to relax.We have stayed at many places in Sea Pines, but the private heated pool/view was a highlight, offering surreal views of a serene lagoon and forest preserve. Whether lounging by the water or taking a swim, it felt like our own private retreat.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, spacious, and peaceful getaway with an unforgettable view in Hilton Head, this is the place to stay. We’d absolutely rent again!

The Perfect Stay

We had the best girls weekend at 60 Lawton Road! From start to finish, everything about the house was perfect. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet so close to everything we wanted to do. We loved how easy it was to bike to the beach every day. It was such a fun and relaxing ride through beautiful Sea Pines Resort, and once we got to the beach, we spent hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean. The house itself was stunning. We spent so much time in the gorgeous pool area. We also had a blast cooking in the spacious kitchen. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals together. We took turns making delicious breakfasts and dinners, and the open kitchen made it easy to hang out while cooking. A huge shout-out to the BESTNEST team for making our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us great local recommendations for dining and activities, which made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our friendship and enjoy a relaxing weekend together. I highly recommend 60 Lawton Road for anyone looking for a luxurious, fun, and memorable stay in Hilton Head!
