Fourth row house located near the beach path, only a few steps to the ocean and a quick bike ride to the Palmetto Dunes General Store and Shelter Cove. This home is very private and quiet surrounded by lush landscaping.

Beautiful hardwood floors and a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings greets you at the door. There is a gray queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat plus a mounted 50” Roku TV. Behind the living room, by the windows, is a separate sitting area where there is a table for two and an oversized chair. Sit here and enjoy a book with a cup of coffee while overlooking the backyard pool and lagoon. There are two sliding doors—one leading to the outside patio where there is a wicker sofa, two chairs and a coffee table plus the path to the pool and the other door leading to the screened-in porch area. The screened-in porch has three cushioned chairs and a table that seats six.

To the left of the entrance is where you will find three of the bedrooms, all carpeted. The first bedroom has two twin over full bunkbeds, built-in bookshelves and a 32” Roku TV plus a door leading to the back patio. Down the hall to the left is a bedroom with a queen bed, chair and 32” Roku TV. This room has a bathroom that is shared with the hall and has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the master suite with a king bed, chair and 32” Roku TV and a door to the back patio. The ensuite bath has double vanities with a chair in the middle, a large walk-in closet and a walk-in shower.

To the right of entry is where you will find the large formal dining area sitting up to six and the kitchen with a pass-through window overlooking the screened porch, pool and lagoon. Just down the hall on the right is a room with a twin trundle bed and the washer and dryer. Across from this is a cute kid’s room with surfboard décor featuring a twin over full bunk bed and 32” Roku TV. At the end of the hall is a bathroom with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

The private backyard has a large pool that gets plenty of sun, table for four, and additional seating for relaxing by the pool. This area also offers an American Gourmet gas grill and a private dock for fishing in the 12-mile Palmetto Dunes lagoon system. This adorable home has everything you could ask for your next trip to the Island!
