73 The Moorings - Quick Walk to the Beach and Dunes House.

First floor, 2-bed, and 3-bath villa; and only a minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean. This villa features an open living room, a queen sleeper sofa, a dining area, and 2 separate decks. The kitchen table has seating for four with four handy stools at the large breakfast bar. The bright king master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has access to separate decks that also share access from the living room. The third full bathroom, located off the kitchen, is also where you will find the washer and dryer.

Enjoy the sun at the on-site swimming pool, or walk easily to the beach. You won't be able to beat the proximity to all the great Palmetto Dunes amenities such as golf, tennis, kayaking in the vast lagoon system, and miles of bike paths. Shelter Cove Towne Centre is also convenient where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and seasonal live outdoor entertainment.

We enjoyed the balcony, kitchen and beach accesssomeone used the stairs leading to the condo as a tobacco spit can. They looked like that the entire trip kind of turned your stomach.

Believe it or not, the unit is actually nicer than the pictures imply! My wife is extremely picky with where she says and she mentioned multiple times how nice the unit was during the week. Pre-arrival communication was top-notch, as was the day of arrival and day before checkout. All in all it was a great experience and we will be coming back to stay.

Family Vacation - great location

Overall a great stay! Wonderful location and was great beach towels were available. Books, puzzles, and games were also available which was nice as we had rain the first two days. Plenty of space. Only issue was people were staying above us and could hear them starting at 6am every morning. Also, there were palmetto bugs in the unit which management was prompt to take care of. Would recommend this property for others to stay.

Amazing Stay

From the start Alex at the Vacation company called me after hours when I was confused before our arrival for the parking pass. She called, gave detailed instructions and followed up with a great email. Everything works like clockwork and we really enjoyed our stay. This unit is Amazing for its location and the furnishings were great.

Great location

The lower level unit was as listed. It was very close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the beach - less than 5 minutes to either. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook if desired. The only issue we had was not with the unit but with the bike rental company that was included in the rental. The bikes were delivered as expected on Saturday however the codes to remove the locks did not work. The company did not Turns out open until Monday - therefore we lost 2 days of biking. On top of that the bikes were in very poor condition - gears covered in sand and rusty. I would recommend renting and hope it is available for my next trip to Hilton Head.

Great Location and rental

Overall an amazing place to stay. Beach is just a short walk (although you need to bring all supplies - chairs/umbrella etc as none are provided), but easy enough to buy some. Loved the 2 separate bedroom/baths. A few basic items are provided to get started on an amazing week!
