You will feel right at home in our one bedroom, one bathroom condo that has been remodeled. Being we have an end unit there are two additional windows to bring in that extra light.
We are constantly changing and upgrading to make your stay with us more enjoyable

In the bedroom, we have a queen size mattress, furniture, and TV. We have blackout pleated shades in the bedroom for those of you who need to sleep in darkness!

In the hallway there are built-in bunks that is great for both kids and older children unless of course they are 6' tall

In the bathroom we have a vanity with a granite countertop. There is a hair dryer for your convenience in the bathroom

Private balcony with pub height table and chairs that overlooks a pond (home to lots of turtles) and has an awesome ocean view. We also have a ceiling fan just in case it is a high humidity day... It is very relaxing when you are sitting on the balcony with either a drink or a book or both!

We have beach chairs, sand toys and even an umbrella for your use!

**please make sure you rinse the sand off before you bring back to condo!

You are just steps from the beach or one of the two pools at the resort....a great location! One of the pools is located by Admiral's Row, the other pool which is one of the largest on the island also has a kiddie pool next to it.
By the large swimming pool you can find Jamaica Joe'z a tiki bar with specialty drinks, small menu and in season there is live entertainment!!

The resort has 24/7 security, 6 lighted tennis courts/4 pickle board courts with tennis pro on site. There is also a small fitness center that is open daily. Please check with the fitness center just to verify the hours as they change with the seasons.
Also, there are bicycle rentals on-site, just outside the security gate. Many guests will reserve bikes ahead of time so that they can pick up when they check in, ask Dee for phone number to rent bikes if you are interested!
As you pull in the resort to the left, in the main building is a sports bar called CocoNutz, you can get food (awesome chicken wings) & drinks, as well as shoot a game of pool. You will also find Gator’s Pizza famous for their square pizza.

Upon arrival at the condo you will see that you are given six start up sets of towels & there will be clean linens for all beds. Also, we provide dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels to get you started. There is no maid service during your stay.

There is a laundry room just down the hall from your room, machines are coin operated.


Located north central on the island, HHB&T is an ideal location, you are close to everything. Just a short walk from Adventure Cove with both games and miniature golf.
There are many (over 200) restaurants to choose from and tons of shopping.

Great breakfast at Plantation Cafe just minutes from the resort. They are located in the Port Royal shopping center.
