Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire villa and its balcony. Beyond the suite, you are granted entry to the extensive amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes four private beach entrances, the largest beachfront pool on the island, a secondary resort pool, a fitness center, 12 pickleball courts, and 4 lighted tennis courts. On-site dining at Jamaica Joez and Coconutz Sports Bar, as well as community laundry facilities located just down the hall, ensure a convenient and comprehensive vacation experience.



The Neighborhood:

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a seamless stay, please note that the kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, including plates, bowls, and pots. Guests should plan to bring their own cooking basics, such as oil, salt, pepper, and specialty utensils like chopsticks. One complimentary parking pass is included with your reservation; additional passes are available through the resort for a fee of $35. Please be aware that the community maintains a peaceful environment and does not allow e-bikes on the premises. For those looking to explore, the island offers over 100 miles of scenic biking trails accessible just outside the resort gates.
