Beautiful 3rd Row Ocean Sea Pines Home with seasonal FREE pool & spa heat!

7 Piping Plover is a spacious and updated five bedroom, five bathroom (plus three half bathrooms) Sea Pines home that can host a group up to 17 guests. It is just three rows back from the pristine beaches of Hilton Head Island.

Check out the private pool and spa. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat March through May & September through October. For your convenience, there is a half bath located outside just off the pool area. The laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer.

1st Floor:

The first living area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and mini-bar with a sink and mini-fridge. There is a powder room a located just a few steps away from this area. Plus there is direct access to the porch from this living room.

The first master bedroom has a king bed & a chair that pulls out into a twin sleeper, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. You have direct access to a screened in porch which has a table, chairs, and loungers available. The screened in porch also opens up to the main porch that has a stairway to the private pool. The private master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. It has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom on the main level of the home has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. It has a private bath with a shower/tub combo.

Mid-Level:

Up half a flight of stairs, you will find bedroom number four. This is a spacious bedroom that overlooks the pool area and offers one king bed & one queen bed, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The private bath has a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

2nd Floor:

The second living room is located just at the top of the stairs with plenty of seating, large flat screen TV and access to the balcony.

There are two different bar areas with seating. The kitchen has granite countertops, a large island with a cooktop, stainless steel appliances and even a flat screen TV. There is also a second, backup refrigerator located downstairs in the garage. The formal dining area seats up to ten plus eight more at the breakfast table. The powder room is located just off the kitchen.

The second master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The private bathroom offers a double vanity and walk-in shower. The bedroom also has access to the balcony where there is a gas grill. Just off the balcony, there is a spiral staircase that you can take down to the private pool.

Heat is typically available March - May and September - October, weather permitting. The pool cannot be heated during the summer months.

As my 6 year old granddaughter exclaimed “Best vacation ever!”, as she jumped in the pool. Costal Homes and Villa is an exceptional rental company.

We have rented other houses in Sea Pines the last 5 or so years for this same group, but this was our first stay at 7 Piping Plover. The house was ideal: very clean and well equipped, tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable, and conveniently located to the beach. The elevator was a nice bonus in loading and unloading luggage. The rental company (Coastal Home and Villa) was highly responsive to a couple of issues that did develop and exceedingly easy to deal with. We could not be more pleased and are planning on staying there gain next year.

It has 5 spacious bedrooms that easily and comfortably accommodated our larger group. The whole house has been recently updated -it's quite nice. The backyard of the house abuts the pedestrian path to the beach, making the (shaded) trip to the beach a convenient breeze. I've stayed in many houses in Sea Pines over the years and wouldn't hesitate to put this one on par with some of the larger, beachfront properties in Sea Pines. It was a great house and management was helpful throughout. The pool was a perfect size and receives some shade throughout the day which is great in the Summer.

Excellent property

We loved the house. Lots of room for the 7 of us to chill. We have rented dozens of homes over the years and this one is at the top of the list. Great, well stocked kitchen, 3 large king en suite bedrooms with walk in showers (2 had access to deck). The other 2 bedrooms were also nice. Nice pool and very pleasant short walk to beach. Elevator was very handy as several members of our group have mobility issues. Had a few issues that the management company handled quickly. All in all we lived the place

Convenient and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite several significant mechanical issues that required service visits, the rental was very nice. Be aware that the jacuzzi pool is not heated in the event that you are looking for that feature.

The bathroom outside for pool was wonderful. 2 refrigerators was so helpful.
