Welcome to 3 Twin Pines Court! This fun and beautiful five bedroom, five bathroom home can sleep a group of up to 16 guests. There are also two half baths - one inside the home and one outside by the pool. 3 Twin Pines Court sits on the 11th hole of the Heron Point golf course in Sea Pines.

*Additional Information*

‱ Distance to Beach: This home is 1.6 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. If you bike to the Beach Club - there are bike racks available or you can take the seasonally complimentary trolley from the Harbourtown area. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through early March.

‱ Private Covered Pool: The private pool is approximately 20 feet by 35 feet and ranges from 3.5 to 8 feet deep. The pool is able to be heated for select dates & for an additional fee. It can be heated for stays in April, May, September and October. It is only able to be heated during these four months & will work as long as the outdoor temperature doesn’t fall below 55 degrees. The pool heat is an additional cost and requires at least seven days of heat. To add pool heat to your stay, please contact us at least two weeks prior to your arrival date to schedule pool heat & pay the additional pool heat fee.

Our group of six stayed here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. There were multiple living spaces and bedrooms, so we never felt crowded, and several rooms we didn’t even get the chance to use.The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet only about 15 minutes from most of the restaurants, shops, and beaches on Hilton Head. It was also an easy 45-minute drive to Savannah, which made for a fun day trip.The property was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Hilton Head and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Lets just say that I'm already planning my next stay at this property! The space and accommodations are top notch for the Island. I get a private pool with every vacation rental, but none can and will top this pool and outdoor space! Amazing stay with memories that will never end!!!!

Nice, big house in a great location. Easy biking to a lot of areas. Kitchen has a separate ice making machine which was one of the best ideas for a beach house. Great pool and outdoor area. Loved the pool table and chess table. We used those daily

Great Home for Large Family or Friends!

Overall, the home was great, beautifully renovated with spaces for everyone. Kitchen was huge with all the amenities and could handle more than one cook. Best pool we have had in Hilton. Location was perfect! Loved the game room and roomy bedrooms, each with bath! Would highly recommend. Only drawback was grill, which needs replacing.

Great house for a large group!

We had a group of 10 - 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 kids 10 and under. The house is spacious and laid out well so that we were never crowded and there were so many fun activities in the billiards room. The pool was a huge hit!1 Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing week in SeaPines

House was perfect for a large family. Everyone had their space but plenty of space to congregate. So much to do at the house we didn’t have to leave to find fun if we didn’t want to. Heated pool was awesome, pool table and game table were used all week. Our large multigenerational family had a blast!

This is a beautiful house. I went with family and friends, 14 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The location was perfect. The pictures of this house were spot on. Pool was awesome and it did get a little cool after a storm but the manager had someone out right away to turn on heater after I requested it. The only thing i would suggest is more pots in kitchen. Whit a large group it would of helped. To say the least , we were all very happy and would rent it again.

Perfect place!

Traveled with 3 generations ranging from Age 87 to Age 7. House allowed our group of 11 to have ample space. We rented bikes and easily navigated the island. The covered pool was a big bonus, especially on rainy days. Being from Missouri, we were nervous to have an alligator living in the pond adjacent to the driveway, but it did not bother us a bit. Great stay! Highly recommend.

Great house for large gatherings

We had eight adults and three young children at the house for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The best part of the house is definitely the pool which is covered from the sun/rain and great for kids. The game room also got plenty of action. The foldout windows between the kitchen sink and the pool area was great for giving an inside/outside combo feel. The two best bedrooms are fantastic, though the other two are just okay. The beach access was our only gripe. Public beach access is very limited other than via a trolley or bicycles. Not ideal for a large group with small kids. Overall a great spot and would recommend to others.
