Beautiful Condo in Beachfront Complex with Heated Pool

Just 200 steps to the beach Ocean Club at 31 South Forest Beach is an oceanfront complex. Our 2 bedroom 2 full bath ground floor unit is easily accessible for most anyone. This unit (#5) faces the swimming pool, just walk through the breezeway to the beach! A beautifully remodeled condo with granite countertops throughout, new appliances, walk-in tiled shower (master), new bedding and furniture, new flooring and very convenient to many local attractions with just a short walk. The den has a 58" Smart TV, the Master bedroom has a 43" Smart TV and the Guest bedroom a 40” Smart TV.

To make your stay enjoyable and comfortable, the following beach equipment is available (chairs, umbrellas (with pull cart), shovel/pail, bocce ball, football, paddle ball, boogie board and a skim board). Indoors there are board games, books, wireless internet and digital cable TV. Linens, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels are also provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your condo. Thank you for calling us about the tv which we were never able to turn back on for the rest of the time. Great place

Clean condo and steps from the pool! Walk to the beach was bit longer than advertised, but still close (allowed for some extra steps so this is a bonus for people who like keeping step count up). Location was great with short walk to Tiki Hut and Caligny. Overall, great stay and would consider booking again!

Ocean Club is our favorite place to stay on the island. We’ve been multiple times staying in multiple units and this one by far is the best! Clean, close to pool and beach, great overall spaces, comfortable furniture, everything in the listing is spot on. Do yourselves a favor and choose this unit!

Beautifully updated property

Perfect location near Coligny beach area. Very short walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded in that area. Very comfortable mattress in master. Beautifully updated with granite and stainless in kitchen. Check in was super easy. Pair of massaging recliners were heaven while watching tv in the evenings.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was just as fabulous as we remembered. The condo location is nice and private. The pool is not over crowded. The walk out to the beach is short. The condo itself has all the essentials you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable. Highly recommend!

First Hilton Head Trip

We really could not have done any better choosing a condo, Vrbo owner and location for our vacation. Having 2 children under 3 is not easy when taking them to the beach and this stay exceeded our expectations. The walk to beach was short and manageable, pool was very private and the kids loved it and so did we. Condo felt like being at home. We would stay in this condo again.

Unit #5 was wonderful! Very spacious, extremrly comfortable beds, pool just outside the unit and a very short walk to the beach! Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. We loved that it is a gated complex! We only had 4 nights because our trip was for a wedding in nearby Bluffton, but would love to have longer to stay here again!

A slice of paradise

I can't say enough good things about this stay! Having brought my 81 yr old mother and 15 yr old daughter this location offered us everything. Easy walk to the beach for sunrise or bike to town for breakfast and coffee. You can rent beach chairs or carry them down from the condo. Condo done up with fabulous beach decor and updated perfectly. We will be back in the winter for sure 💜

Wonderful condo close to the beach

Beautiful condo located on the bottom floor. Very close to the beach. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza. It was a crowded weekend but the area in front of this condo was never overly crowded. Loved it, perfect for our family of four.

Absolutely Stunning!

This condo was incredible. Pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so nice. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It’s very private and gated which was so nice. The pool was warm and a perfect way to relax when you’re done with the beach for the day. The beach was a quick walk, and they stocked all the items you could need for the beach. Donna was always super friendly and quick to respond to me. We would absolutely LOVE to stay here again. Our family had an amazing time. Thank you!!

THE BEST

This is our second stay at this unit. We have stayed at others in Ocean Club but Donna’s place is the best. Updates that make it feel more spacious, stocked kitchen, stocked beach supplies, short walk to shops and restaurants. Love that the pool is right outside the unit so baby can nap and we can play with older kids. This is my favorite spot and I can’t wait to go back. It makes for the very best family beach vacation.

Great Location and Super Clean

We’ve stayed at several Ocean Club condos and this condo didn’t disappoint. If you’ve never stayed at Ocean Club, it’s an awesome location, easy beach access, property is well maintained, and usually the beach isn’t too crowded. This unit was very clean and well appointed. The King bed in the master was comfortable. Owners response time to the one question I had was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We typically stay in sea pines during the summer but wanted to try something different for spring break. The location was perfect. We walked out to a heated pool and the beach was a short walk. The family loved it.
