The living area features a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, flat screen TV, table and chair set, and access to a private balcony. The completely remodeled kitchen features tile flooring, plenty of cabinet space, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils needed to prepare all your meals.

The master suite is spacious and comfortable with a TV, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom. The remodeled bathroom features tile flooring, a large vanity, and a tub/shower combination.

Conveniently located in Forest Beach, these villas are right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of Coligny Circle. Forest Beach Villas is a small, private complex providing a quiet and relaxing vacation to its guests. The complex has landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, and two updated on-site tennis courts that now allow for pickleball as well. There is also underground parking as well as parking in front of the building.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
