You can look forward to relaxing mornings enjoying the warm breeze while sipping your Keurig coffee before spending your days experiencing endless activities.

Inside you’ll find a variety of modern home comforts that provide a relaxing retreat for families, couples, or groups. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating including a large sectional and two chairs surrounding a smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows. Planning on making dinner for the whole crew? Step into the sleek kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances alongside ample quartz countertops and light wooden cabinets. Find all the cookware and dining ware you might need while preparing your meal with serene views. Have everyone gather around the counter for light appetizers with seating for two, if needed, then make your way to the spacious dining table for eight.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a tub, and a glass shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom with a single vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home is approx. 1.5 miles from the beach.
• Guests have access to the Lake Forest Villas communal pool and tennis courts.
• Parking allowed in designated parking spaces only. Parking is not allowed on pine straw or in the street. Extra cars can be parked in Lot 1 (near Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security.
• Please note that there is a weekly Gate Entry Pass (GEP) fee per vehicle paid to the resort upon arrival: Casual Weekly Visitor – 2-axle vehicle: $35 per week (cash only) - provided car pass must be displayed on all vehicle dashboard(s) during your stay.
