71 Heritage Road is a cute three bedroom, three bathroom home that can sleep up to eleven guests total. This home is centrally located in Sea Pines. It is in good proximity to the RBC Heritage PGA Golf Tournament held each year. Plus you are a short bike ride away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!

Another perk? This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your four legged BFF.

‱ Pool Info: Approximately 27 feet by 8 feet, freeform shaped pool. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.

‱ Distance to Beach: This home is a short bike ride away from the beach access. It is just under a mile from the home to the closest beach access. If you'd prefer to visit the Sea Pines Beach Club where there is also beach access and a place to grab lunch and drinks... If you opt to bike, there are bike racks available at the Beach Club. You can also drive to the trolley lot and take the complimentary seasonal trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through early March.

‱ Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

‱ 2,477 Square Feet

‱ Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

‱ Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. If you require more than the allotted amount of parking spots, please call Coastal Home and Villa for options.

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and comfy. Each bedroom had a spacious bathroom which we loved. We really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated that the house was dog friendly; they had a good time too! Great location—not far to shops.

Fantastic family vacation in Sea Pines

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and property were very pretty. We found everything to be well cleaned at the time of our check. Finding the property and entry was very easy. We loved having our own pool and back patio to enjoy. The fact that we were able to bring our dog along made our trip even better, however you’d never know by the way the home looks or smells that animals have ever been there. Kitchen was well equipped and gas grill was clean and easy to use. Towels provided for pool/beach were a nice addition. There was an extra small fridge in the laundry area to use to chill overflow “vacation beverages”. We could bike to the beach in less than 15 minutes from this location. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone planning a Hilton Head vacation. We liked that the bedrooms were located on the opposite side of the home. Would recommend letting renters know what day to expect lawn and pool maintenance to come. We had to wrap at the pool unexpectedly to allow it to be cleaned one afternoon. It did not greatly impact our plans, but if we’d known when to expect them we may have made alternative plans for that day.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect property which also allowed us to have our dog with us. Great location which is peaceful and quiet and close to walking trails. Bathtubs have been updated since our last visit which was a wonderful improvement. Will likely stay here again. The management company is the best! Cannot say enough good things about Coastal Home and Villa.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The front of the house and first impression did not do it justice. It was very spacious with a gorgeous and relaxing pool area. It was perfect for our family, especially with the extra TV room.

House was a little dated but overall very nice. Loved the 2 separate bedroom bathrooms. House is missing a guest bathroom. Paid extra for heated pool but well worth it. Very private in the back. Lots of tv’s. Lots of interruptions such as bug exterminators, pool people and yard maintenance people. Overall would stay here again.

Very nice vacation home

Our family enjoyed staying at this location. Sea Pines is such a beautiful area on the island. Everyone had such a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and numerous times our family stated how cozy it was. We wanted to give this house a five star rating, but the bathtubs desperately need to be updated.

Overall a great experience...

We loved the location and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The only limiting factors that led me to give 4 instead of 5 stars was the odd location of the third bathroom and the condition of the bathtubs. Otherwise it is a great property and we would not hesitate staying there again. The fact that the owners allow dogs is a huge plus for visitors, and more properties should follow that example. Basically we recommend this property for a very enjoyable vacation.

We so enjoyed this beautiful, clean, well-appointed home away from home! This was our fourth trip to Sea Pines. We’ve always rented a house in order to comfortably accommodate our family of 5 + 2 dogs. This home has been our favorite so far!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home for our annual family vacation. This was our favorite rental in the 11 years we’ve been vacationing in HHI! We’ve never felt so “at-home” in a rental. It was well equipped with everything we could have needed, very clean, and in a great location. The pool was so nice and enhanced our experience. The pool company even came mid-week to clean it. We will definitely rent again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
