Welcome to Racquet Club Villas 2327, a single-level, dog-friendly condo tucked away in the Harbour Town Area of Sea Pines. This spacious vacation rental overlooks a neighboring lagoon and has recently been updated with hardwood floors as well as new living room and bedroom furnishings. This condo also features a patio furnished with a couple cozy rockers, a full, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area with seating for six -- perfect for meals or family game nights. Lucky guests will also enjoy access to shared tennis courts and an outdoor pool.

Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre resort that includes the Harbour Town Links - where they play the famed RBC Heritage golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head's iconic lighthouse. Activities include trail rides at Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach, plus restaurants, shops, kayak rentals, and sunset cruises. And when it's time to hit the beaches, there is a convenient trolley that guests can catch at the Racquet Club.

Terrific location, walking distance to shopping and dining. We took walks with the pup daily and the weather was cooperative. We didn't have anyone above us so the time we spent in the condo (not much) was very quiet. Thanks to the Thompsons for having us.

Comfortable stay in Sea Pines

2 bed/2 bath first floor unit was well stocked and comfortable (a bit worn but fine), and was an easy walk to Sea Pines tennis center and Harbortown. Access to four clay tennis courts and pool for the complex. One tennis court had been also marked for two pickleball courts with portable nets. Trolley stop just a few steps away from the unit’s door made access to the beach and other sea pines destinations easy. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets etc. Kitchen had a drip coffee maker and kuerig, blender, and a full-size washer/dryer. Electric grill on patio was nice. Closet had 3 beach chairs and boogie boards but no shade umbrella. Plenty of bath towels and linens but bring your own beach/pool towels. Appreciated the welcome goody bag and mini soaps, shampoo, and complimentary dish soap, dw pods, and washer detergent. Power and wifi withstood the tropical storm conditions. Thank you for allowing a pet in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant but needs updating

Nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, newer appliances. Newer carpeting and flooring. Owner needs to continue updating. Whole unit shoes age with painted, old cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. Bathrooms are snug and both tubs, shower walls and faucets need to be replaced. You can hear toilets flush and people walking around upstairs. As we are not used to this it was annoying. Just recognize you are booking an older condo.

Harbour Town condo

Couldn’t beat the location to Harbour Town, quick 5 minute walk. FYI, walls are thin between rooms and upstairs. The porch is covered but not useable when raining. The condo could use a bath and kitchen update. We had a few maintenance issues including the GFI’s in the both baths did not work. The tubs drained really slow, and the microwave had a mind of its own. Having full size washer and drier was a benefit though. The grounds are well kept and the clay tennis courts (4) are as well. Overall, nice condo.

You can see that I use Vacasa 10 + times a year and I am always very happy with Vacasa as well as the property. However I wont return to this property. Badly in need of repairs in all rooms. Plumbing issues as well as kitchen. Second bath has a broken toilet seat. Please help the property owner and send one of your maintenance supvrs out for inspection

Lovely place!

Clean, quaint, comfortable unit. Nice location in Sea Pines, close to Harbour Town. Love all the fun, whimsical signs in the unit! Kitchen was super small, but had everything we needed.

GREAT Location and comfortable stay

Really enjoyed our stay here and it was better than expected. It is located in Sea Pines within short walking (5 minutes) or driving distance to Harbor Town which is the best part of Sea Pines. Stayed here with my wife and newborn and it was our first time staying through Vacasa. It was hassle-free--you just have to stop by their Hilton Head office to get passes for Sea Pines. The condo has everything you need and is spacious. It overlooks a lagoon and the condo development it is in is very quiet and private despite the great location. It was clean, modern, internet/cable worked well...would definitely return. The Sea Pines Beach club is a short 5-10 drive away and Salty Dog 10 minutes. There are a few small nitpicks like you only have a small supply of laundry/dishwashing pods and the beds are not the most comfortable but this place is very much a bargain and would definitely return!

Beautiful escape

Great location - villa needs some TLC

We have been to HHI many times. Racquet Club Villas is a great location as the beach trolley stops on the property and it is a short walk to harbour and lighthouse. The villa has 2 nice bedrooms and seating in living room is good. However, the carpet under the DR table is dirty, and ripped and needs to go! The kitchen was sort of well equipped but certainly not enough silverware and dishes and glasses for the 8 people who could actually stay there. Could not find vacuum nor broom and pan. Tubs need caulking. Master bath sink stops up almost immediately when water starts. The villa needs some TLC.
