Brand new Condo for 2023!!! Our Condo has been completely renovated to enhance the experience of our guests that stay with us. We have attached new photos that were taken after the renovated, and will be adding more. Our Renovated Condo includes a new Kitchen with Quartz Countertops, and new appliances. Along with a brand new TV, and LED Lights with Bluetooth Speakers. We also had a complete makeover in our Bathroom area. It includes a brand new Walk-in tile shower, and Quartz countertop sink. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo.

Enjoy a vacation getaway to my Ocean View condominium in Hilton Head Island. The villa is located just steps from the beach and the resort's swimming pool. This fully equipped villa provides an enjoyable ocean view from the balcony (or the living room sofa for that matter), direct access to the nicest stretch of beach in Hilton Head Island and one of Hilton Head's largest ocean front swimming pool. By renting directly from the owner, you will save hotel and rental agency rates.
My villa is located in Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. It is on the top floor of Ocean Villa B, (the sunrise side of the building), just steps from the beach and the pool. It includes a balcony with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort's swimming pool. This villa is located next to an elevator, which is very convenient. The elevator also provides a wheelchair ramp. There is an open-air entry with a seating area (deck) off the back of the villa. The sleeping area can provide up to 4 people: 1 queen bed, 1 queen size sleeping sofa, and 2 bunk beds for the kids. 2 HDTV’s with cable connection and 1 VHS/DVD combo player. Free high-speed internet access. Bookshelf stereo unit w/cassette and CD player. Free local phone service. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. Fully equipped kitchen - utensils, pots, pans, glassware, etc. New refrigerator (2020), new queen sleeper sofa (2019), new central air conditioning (2016), new tile floors (2016), and new electric range stove (2016). Towels, linens, and starter supply of bath/face soap, and toilet tissue are provided. Coin-operated washer/dryers are available in the building. It is designated as a non-smoking unit. The resort does not allow pets.
Centrally located, the resort is an ocean front resort. It is convenient to all island activities, airports, outlet shopping, and multiple of the island's most popular restaurants. It also provides residents with direct access of one of the finest beaches in Hilton Head Island. It is about 6 miles from the bridge connecting Hilton Head Island with the mainland. The resort is very family oriented and provides all the amenities you would want, including: private access to a beautiful, wide, white sand beach, the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island, plus a kiddies’ pool. 10 lighted, hard surface tennis courts and a pro shop. Bike and rollerblade rental on site (in season). Children's playground area. Oceanside bar & grill with evening entertainment (in season). On site convenience store and lounge. 24 hour security and patrol.

Great Place To Stay!

The location and property were great! My husband and I stayed just the two of us and we had plenty of room and space. The walk to the beach/pool area was not bad at all, we enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The new kitchen and bathroom were so nice! I also enjoyed the different activities the resort had to offer and the security was an added bonus. The host was great with communication and even let us book another night! We will definitely book again!

Fun Time at HHI

The perfect stay

We cannot say enough about this villa. The owner was extremely attentive, answered our questions promptly and checked in periodically with us during our stay. This unit was remodeled from top to bottom and the shower was a dream! We highly recommend this villa and Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. We lived in Bluffton and worked at the resort several years ago. Returning again and again to this resort. We know this island and know that HHI Beach and Tennis has the best beach, pool, security and other amenities! We have stayed in several villas but this one was the best! The owner’s attention to every detail is apparent and ensures that your stay is top notch! We will be a repeat renter at this villa!

Overall the condo was in great shape. New kitchen and bathroom were very nice. The balcony was not very clean it did not look like it had been wiped down in a while. There was a problem the first night the sheets in the bedroom were not clean there was hair and stains on sheet. I notified the property owner and new sheets were delivered the next day. Overall it was very relaxing, great location, nice pool, Jamica Joes by the pool offered a drink of the day they were good. I would stay again but I would check sheets before bedtime.

The overall experience, cleanliness and convenience of the resort itself was 5 stars as usual. The villa had a good ocean view. Villa is very dated and the kitchen needed a good cleaning as the cabinets were dirty, greasy and sticky. We had to wipe down the entire kitchen with Lysol wipes before we used it. Stove was still caked with grease and appeared to be very old. Cabinet paint or finish is peeling and looks very worn. The bedroom and bathroom was clean but the water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was very dull and not good at all. Walls and doors needed wiped down as there was smears of crud on the walls and doors that could be resolved by a good cleaning for fresh paint job. Once everything was wiped down it was an ok villa. We would rate the villa overall a 3.5 out of 5 and will probably not stay again. Sorry for the negative comments but want to keep it real and be honest. Just needs a little love, update and a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom.

relaxing getaway

We go to HHI, just for the beautiful beach. Just R&R. We used to take all of our kids, and made many many wonderful family memories. Now empty nesters, it felt a bit quiet, but we enjoyed watching other young families, making the same memories, that we have had done in the past.

Enjoyed our stay here! The property owner was very friendly and had timely and helpful communication. We loved the location and the amenities nearby - large pool, tiki hut bar,tennis courts, and a pizza place all located on the property and it was in a nice location where we could go out and shop or find restaurants and find our way around easily.

I really liked the area of Folly Fields.. Steps to the beach. The condo has an ocean view, very clean and well maintained. Condo owner was very attentive and checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and suggested local restaurants. I would definitely will come back to stay!
