51 Lawton is the epitome of Sea Pines luxury on Hilton Head Island. This Lowcountry style 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is pet-friendly and features a private saltwater pool, spacious backyard, gas grill, bunk bedroom, and foosball. Aside from the high-end finishes, this home is in the heart of Sea Pines, providing added convenience with a 15-minute walk to the beach.

You will never want to leave your beach vacation when you stay at 51 Lawton Road! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 refrigerators to ensure there is plenty of room for everyone's favorite snacks and drinks. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze with plenty of space for indoor and outdoor dining. After a long day of golfing or spending time at the beach, you can gather around the TV for a family movie night. A half bathroom and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer on the main level. The primary suite is on the main level, furnished with a king-sized bed, luxury bedding, a smart TV, and a spa bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Up the first set of six stairs, you will find two private bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and smart TV. These bedrooms share a large hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. Up the next set of stairs is a large open space with 2 twin/double bunk beds, 2 twin trundles, and a sleeper sofa. This is the perfect space for the kids to hang out with a foosball table and smart TV. A private bedroom is also located on this level with a king-sized bed, smart TV, and crib. The ensuite features a shower/tub combo and has a sliding door that separates the space from the vanity sink area.

The inside of this home has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation on Hilton Head Island, but we all know you want to explore the outdoors and take in the ocean breeze! 51 Lawton has 2 porch areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The backyard features a newly extended patio with a gas grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and a saltwater pool. This home even has a spacious grass area for your pet or family to play games! *This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation. Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $25 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $350/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
*1 dog allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee required.

Great overall trip! Hilton Head was beautiful and the house was the perfect place for our family and friends to stay. The upstairs bunkroom was great for the kids and we found the house to be well stocked! The management company was great, communicated well and responded promptly to any questions or requests!

The home was in great condition and very clean. It had everything needed to cook and enjoy family during the holidays, including a relaxing pool. The kids loved the bunk room! The location in Sea Pines is perfect for walking and biking with trails everywhere.

51 Lawton Rd is a beautiful home that is spacious, comfortable and very well maintained! The girls loved the location within Sea Pines as well! There were plenty of beds for everyone and Coastal Vacations (The rental company) was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent here again!

Our family gathered at 51 Lawton and had a wonderful time. The home was absolutely great. Everything about the home fit our needs. It was impeccable. The layout helps you have a good time. Rest and Relaxation

We had an awesome stay at this gorgeous home!!!!The house is newly remodeled and had all the comforts of home. Hubby was happy watching the NCAA Basketball finals on the big screen tv in the family room, and the kiddos absolutely loved the upstairs bonus playroom. The master bathroom and bedroom were gorgeous. We truly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. This is a perfect home for families or couples. It is beautifully decorated. There is also a pool!!! The property management company was awesome and check-in a breeze.

Beware!

Do not stay here unless you are ok with security being called for ANY fun. Security show up because we had kids giggling and having fun at 6 PM. The neighbors want ZERO noise at all hours. Also the listing says accommodates 5 cars. It should say 5 compact cars. If you drive SUVS or trucks you cannot accommodate 5 and will hang 2 inches over the drive way and get another few visits from security. The security basically said they are required to come out even if it is middle of the day when neighbors complain of people in the pool. So even if you are within day time hours when there are no noise restrictions- except several calls if you step outside. The distance to the beach is not worth the headache you deal with when it comes to the neighbors.

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The rentals for bikes and chairs were helpful and fun. We loved the main living area for family to gather, and it was nice that everyone had quiet space to go as well. The saltwater pool was a big hit too. Communications were timely, clear and easy. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Oh and we’d love to know the brand of mattress in the second room on the second floor. A couple family members had the best sleep of their lives!
