This was our 2nd stay in the condo and we love, love, love it! Of course, Hilton Head itself is a lovely destination but having this condo as our home away from home is special. With it's 1st floor location right at the beach, you feel like you're in your own beachhouse. Just step off the porch and your walking to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises each morning and breezes off the water all day...plus the grassy yard is great for the kids to play. We will be back!

Great Stay

Location is excellent; building and unit were nice. Quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Pool on site is very nice. Unit was very nice and had a great view and patio. Missing a few necessary amenities (beach towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc.). However, all was very minor and we just bought our own. Would definitely recommend this property. Hosts were very quick to respond and access was easy. Departing was equally as easy and simple. Highly recommend.

Great condo for our weekend get-away

Property is wonderfully located next to the beach, very clean, and the pool on property was lovely. The condo had sheets, towels for bathing, kleenex, toilet paper, hand soap and the kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, cups, mugs and utensils. Water pressure was great. We enjoyed the porch with chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

We decided to take a trip to HHI and enjoyed the location and the rental. Great location on the beach with a nice pool. Beds were comfortable and the rental was clean. We would definitely return!

Great place to relax!

We had a wonderful stay and it was just what we needed! The condo was beautiful, the furniture was so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The only issue that we had was a large piece of plywood was screwed onto the balcony railing covering the exit to the balcony steps and partially impeding the view. They are working on the roof and it is a safety requirement for the first floor units. The owners were not given a choice in this matter, so there is nothing they can do and I understand that. However, it would have been nice to know this before booking the unit. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

Will not book with them again

We will not be returning to this unit, or any property managed by these hosts. Given the high rating, we expected a much higher standard of care and cleanliness Pros: The condo is located right on the beach. Easy access.Cons:Cleanliness was unacceptable. We found human hair throughout the unit — on surfaces, furniture. The toilet still contained waste and toilet paper. The couch was covered in dog hair we had to cover it with bedsheets. The kitchen was filthy, with broken, scratched, and dirty items.Lack of communication & professionalism from the hosts. We reached out immediately after check-in to share our concerns and sent both a message and email with photos. Their response lacked empathy or a real solution.Misleading listing. One of our primary needs was a crib, for our newborn. The listing advertised a crib, but when asked for details the response “I don’t know, it’s just a crib.” It was a play yard from a previous guest, not a proper crib — and the listing was quietly changed to say “travel crib” after.Boarded-up balcony and blocked access. Another major reason we chose this unit was the direct stair access from the balcony to the beach. At arrival, we discovered the balcony was partially boarded up and the stairs unusable — this was never disclosed. When we asked about it, the host’s response was dismissive.Rather than acknowledge or attempt to resolve concerns the hosts offered a surface-level fix, sending a maid to vacuum, we had to decline due to disruptions.

Awesome!

This was our fifth year staying at this condo for our girls trip and as always it was amazing! We checked in right after the cleaning person left and it smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The view of the ocean is awesome and so peaceful. It’s hard to find an ocean front place in HHI where you can actually see the ocean. We loved being on the first floor right by the loading/unloading lane. And it was great to be able to walk down the stairs from the condo to the board walk to the beach. And the price is the cheapest we have been able to find in HHI for this size condo, even in the same complex. Communication with the owner was great. She was very responsive. We will be back next year!

Average accomodations but needs couple of things.

Overall the property was as advertised. You can see the ocean from the balcony but you can not see the shore or waves coming in. Would probably stay here again if nothing better available. Issues: Moldy shower curtain in master bathroom. Second bath with blood on the shower curtain. Washer tub/drum is broken. When spin cycle starts, it sounds off balance but it is not. The whole drum is loose and just bangs around LOUDLY. We tried to come a day earlier but the condo was already booked, which means it would've been cleaned in the hours before our arrival. However it didn't have that just cleaned smell. More like stale air. The sheets looked clean but again, just didn't smell like freshly washed sheets.

Perfect spot

Really loved this location. House was clean and it was very convenient that they had beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. They also had a baby bed for us which was great. Our 1 year old had a blast on his first beach trip. Only thing was the listing said there was a hot tub and beach towels both of which are not included at this property. We had to make another trip out to go buy beach towels which are super expensive at the beach but otherwise we have no complaints. Just bring your own towels!

Lovely condo with ocean views

The condo is great! Location is right behind the beach dunes, with a spacious patio from where to enjoy the beautiful sunrise views. Building is on the older side, but well taken care of. Gated pool area is nice and direct beach access is convenient. Would stay here again, thanks for everything!

Great Oceanfront Condo at a Reasonable Price

Condo is located on Folly Field Beach. We loved the location at the price point. Great view of ocean, walkway to the beach just a few steps from the condo, centrally located to many restaurants. Room for 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Owner was super responsive. Would recommend to any family looking for a beach getaway.

Best spot at the beach

This condo was perfect. Clean, had everything we needed and there’s not a more perfect spot at the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. I love being on the bottoms with stairs right out to walk to the pool. We had plenty of towels and samples of everything to get started. It was a great place for our family of 4.

Beach view plus easy acesss

Unbeatable location and view. You are ON the beach. The pool was refreshing. Like that it was really private and secure. Every you knew to eat with beach chairs provided. Only drawback was the two beds in the 2nd bedroom weren’t too comfortable. Everything else was awesome. Great place.
