Updated Luxury 3 BR Stoney Creek that is one of the nicest condos on the island. 252 Stoney Creek is a totally remodeled renovated kitchen with new floors, new baths, new furniture, new paint, new appliances and all the luxury appointments you would ever want. Kitchen has gorgeous counters with top of the line stainless steel appliances and full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom has king bed with a brand new en suite bath with huge walk in shower. First guest suite has a queen size bed with a full en suite bath with another walk in shower. Top floor has guest suite with two bunk beds, both have doubles on the bottom and twins on the top with another full bath that has a shower and a tub. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out. Check-In process was very efficient and we were provided all the information needed. Kitchen facilities were great with new appliances. Our Pro-Tips are: Bring Extra heavy duty kitchen bags and something like windex to clean up the counters. The outside garbage bin is damaged and the wildlife will remove all of your garbage, so it's best to wait to put it outside if possible.

Great Location

Stoney Creek condos are a great place to stay on HHI. They are a short walk to Harbourtown (parking can be very difficult there in the summer). The condo was a good size for my family (3 BR, 3BA). The condo was very clean, and looked recently renovated with a very modern, nice kitchen. The Stoney Creek community pool was very nice and clean and just steps from the unit. My only complaint would be the AC was very strong on the 1st level, below average on 2nd level (my bedroom) and very below average on 3rd level (my son's BR). Also the pillows were uncomfortably soft (no support). The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay for the week. I really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it.

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The location is awesome - within walking distance to Harbour Town - and closed to the Sea Pines shopping center. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice vacation week. There were just a few cleanliness problems-the dishwasher did not work well, we needed many more garbage bags, there were wet towels left in the dryer, and poison ivy is growing on the sidewalk. The beach was so crowded it was not really accessible.

Great location, still needs more improvements

While the pictures online looked great we were surprised by how many things still needed work. Master bed especially needs a new mattress. Also needs a ceiling fan and light. Stairs are beyond creaky. Third floor bedroom light didn’t work. I believe it needs a new bulb. Dishwasher was gross. Hasn’t been actually cleaned on the inside probably ever and we found pieces of broken glass in the utensil holder. Carpets need to be cleaned and/or replaced. Would be helpful to know about the location. We didn’t have any communication with the owners. The packet pickup for the condo took extra time and traffic since they gave us the wrong address and moved offices since we had paid for the rental. They said there was an email but I don’t recall ever receiving one nor could I find it. It’s great walking distance to Harbour Town and close to the pool. Close to more than one trolley stop and the Seapines Shopping Center.

Wonderful stay in Sea Pines

This property is wonderful and we would definitely stay again. The location is perfect. It is a very quiet neighborhood great for biking and walking. One update: the second bedroom is advertised as a king bed but only had a queen size. Everything else was just as listed and perfect! We had a wonderful vacation!

Condo was great! Pictures and descriptions were spot on. The bedroom with the bunk beds was on the third floor. My boys loved having the floor to themselves. The condo was so close to Harbour town as well.

Love the bunk bed room for the kids .

We loved the property, very spacious, clean and comfortable beds . Just wanted to suggest something, .....please take down the accordion closet doors in the master bedroom. Very much annoying and really no use for them . Thank you . Definitely would rent it again .
